I ordered 2 Freddie Mercury pops. They charged my PayPal right away. I emailed with a question twice and never received a response. The pops were never delivered. Their web page no longer works. Seems that this will never get resolved.
I preordered the NSYNC set in February 2019 and I never received them. I paid through PayPal and because it was a preorder, it is now outside the claim window. Their website is no longer up and they never responded to me emails. I am out $70.
I pre-ordered a Funko Pop figurine on January 1, 2019. My credit card was charged and I received an order confirmation. After a couple of months I contacted the company and was advised the figure was still not released. I waited another month, contacted them and received no response.
After that, I'm responsible for letting it slide but on 08/19/2019, I once again sent them an email - as of today, no response and their website is shut down. I'm pretty sure I won't be getting the figure. If you Google Orbit Toys, their merchandise is being sold by Alibaba in China.
I and others have been defrauded by orbitoys.com. I ordered a Funko pop toy back in NOVEMBER. The money was debited out of my account immediately but it's never been shipped and I have received no response to my emails (it's now end of April).
Many others on Facebook have had same experience. I can't get my money back through my bank as their deadline to dispute for fraud is only 30 days. This company needs to be investigated and the website shut down.
