Larry filed for a credit application with our store on 4/26/15 under the guise that he had a project in the area and wanted to set up a monthly billing account. We are a small town business in a rural area and while we have a credit application, we failed to properly underwrite it. Once he recieved word that he had a billing account with us, he proceeded to place a special order for pickup. We ordered it and a few days later it arrived and we let him know.
This was not his first rodeo. Larry arrived with a box truck and a "push rod" for loading pallets of shingles. Evidently he had just ripped off another supplier because he had 2 skids of the same shingles in a different color already loaded in the truck.
He has made no attempt to pay in full or in installments and after looking into him and his company I am aligned with several other retailers. I am looking into filing a criminal complaint.
Awful. Ran credit check, Orban Builders placed a large conduit order. Finally came and picked up, but has not paid a dime. Has invented a dozen bogus stories as to not paying. Turned over to collection. Orban used abusive language when collections called him.
Larry ordered $1700.00 worth of material in jan 2016.picked it up & still has not paid (nov.2016).always says he cannot pay til the 10th of the month but never does.the bank account he gave for bank reference has been closed since sept.2016.

Larry I know you're reading this. Know full well that as a commercial debtor, Orban Builders has no rights under FDCPA.
We may find you tomorrow, we may find you in 2022. Either way, when we do, your property will be seized, sold, and auctioned off.
You can go many more sleepless nights, or you can call us, and we can try to work something out.

Ripped off for $5,000
Larry got $5000 worth of material from us on 12-11-16 and didn't make any effort to pay for it. He has every excuse in the book.
Scam Artist
Don't do business with this guy or his company. He is a scam artist and doesn't pay his bills.

Orban Builders redid our Pole barn. The quality, price, and service was very Good. They are doing more work for me.

Orban Builders remodeled my kitchen. They did a nice job, and got it all done in a timely manner. I would hire them again!

People make up stories if they find out that a contractor tells them their prices are too high
