Opulent Distribution, LLC. Reviews

  • Aug 7, 2022

Colin Yurcisin is the sales/marketing guru for Opulent. He has a large social media following and they use him to sell their e-commerce automation services. The website (https://stores.leveragedlifestyle.com/ecom) says "estimated $10k profit per month within first year" and they have solid video testimonials on their site.

In reality, The Walmart store I paid them $35k to build in October was rejected by Walmart in the application phase. They suggested I apply using a new LLC "in a relative's name." They promised to get me an Amazon store running instead... but it got shut down immediately because they knowingly violated Amazon's policies.

Meanwhile, I paid an extra $10k for a Facebook store. It had one good month... and otherwise has been a waste of time. I started asking CEO Mike Krel and COO Vilson Spek (possibly Spektor) for refunds in January. I've asked repeatedly since to no avail.

If you read them carefully, their contracts are very scammy and essentially say "If we try keep your stores running but they get shut down - even if it's because we broke the rules knowingly - we won't refund you."

I made them add a clause to my contract that said if after 2 years I hadn't made my money back, they'd refund me. But they even added scammy language in there to the effect of "We'll refund you ONLY IF two stores run continually for two years and you don't ROI..." So the CEO Mike Krel said he wouldn't refund me because I haven't had two store running... even though it's their fault!

As it stands, they've provided one very poorly performing store, never gotten me the second that I paid $35k for... and then said, "Sorry, you haven't had two stores running, so no refund."

In 10 months, I've netted $1,200 in profit from Facebook, made $0 from Amazon, and never even got a Walmart store. A far cry from the $10k/month they promote.

I've asked Mike Krel, their CEO for refunds numerous times. He's mostly ignored me with an occasional "I'll see what I can do but..." thrown in for good measure. These guys are SCAMMERS and I've spoken with 3 others that are having the same experience as me.

I chatted with Colin Yurcisin and he assured me that he doesn't have the power to issue refunds. But Mike Krel is the CEO, so "I'll see what I can do" doesn't cut it.

Bottom line: They're either complete frauds stealing money OR they're in over their heads, providing little to no value in exchange for a $45,000 fee. Any good business would refund and apologize for the terrible experience. Instead, here is Mike Krel's justification for not refunding me:

"The suspensions/risks of this business model are expressed in the agreement."

STAY AWAY from these frauds.
