Optimal Health Products Inc. Reviews
I ordered the 14 day trial of garnicia cambogia and payed a little over $4 for the shipping. They arrived in a timely mannor. Everything went good until i recieved a text message from my bank account on August 26, 2016 after 3AM. The listed company has deducted $78 from my bank account without my concent to do so. I called the number of the company 1-575-855-2646, to try and get an answer about the billing statement and if they could refund my $78. The lady said she cant do anything about it since it already went through.
I signed up for a free trial with optimal health for the garcinia cambogia xt and also the natural cleanse. I did not read the fine print and it was not made clear that if you did not cancel before the 14 day 'free trial' was up you would be charged roughly 140 bucks for the product. So i called to cancel and asked if there was any way to get my money back because i did not recall allowing them to change my bank account for almost 140 dollars. Of course that got me no where they just tried to sell me the product at a barely cheaper price for next time i ordered. So i went back and read the fine print. It says and i quote ' you can cancel at any time and/or take advantage of the no questions asked money back guarantee' end quote. I called them again to ask them if i could use this 60 day money back guarantee if i sent their product back. The answer i got was that was only for people who did not use the free trial and purchased their product without he free trial.
No where in the fine print does it say that at all. So complete rip off and scam to get people's money by offering them a 'free' trial that really isn't free. And then to tell me i can't return the product because i used the free trial... What kind of company does that???
The add itself shows people they lost a lot of weight taking this pill. At first I did not research it and wished I had. First off, when you sign up for it, they say it's only $4.95 shipping and then $78.94 every 30 days.
What you don't see, and I looked, is that somewhere on pages other than all the other important informaiton about your order, in fine print you'd be lucky to see if you wear magnefine glasses, is that 14 days after your order, not delivery date, not 30 days later after either one, you will find a charge of $78.94 on your card.
You can type in the name and research several websites where Dr. Oz sued them, even though they still show him endorsing the product along with other famous actors in other webistes.
Furthermore, this product has had some very sever side affects to people because of what is in it.
Lastly, it DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM!!!.
