I saw an ad on MSN news that Robin Roberts was quitting TV to sell "her" skincare regimen, this BioDermRX, said there was a free 14 day trial for shipping only. 5 days after ordering, I received the products. 10 days after I received it, they had charged my account 8947 and 68.79. I tried calling one number, and it had been disconnected, calling the other number, I was told the "free trial" started the day I ordered. It would be physically impossible to give it a try without actually having the product. I was then told they could not give a refund if it had been opened. They said, "did it help your skin" I said no, they said "oh!!! so you opened it, no refund". I also sent a message to Robin Roberts and she has publicly stated by her twitter accont that she has nothing to do with this company. As a 62 year old grandmother with custody of 4 young grandchildren due to drug abuse, my husband having quadruple bypass surgery, and us living on Social Security, I NEVER would have spent 150.00 on skin cream, but I watch GMA every day, and seeing the name Robin Roberts, along with her picture and "quotes" I figured it was worth a chance to give it 14 days to get rid of some of the "tired". They not only falsely state that you could try it for 14 days, but also falsely used her name, picture and endorsement. I just want my money back. My bank said there were a few who fell for this, one finally got her money back by calling them constantly, I hope someone makes them pay back everyone who bought this junk because of their false advertising.
