We did work for the Owner Christopher of On Point Construction of Miami, Fl. We did all the concrete work for his condo project this guy stiff us for $47k and giving us a $25k deposit, the Condo owners were happy with our work and paid On Point Contruction for our services, but this guy would not pay us for the great work we provided. If you are a contractor and he wants to sub contract you a job, run away as fast as you can!!!
