I am member of myop4g and I have been a member for years. I have never had a problem with them until recently. Recently, I am having trouble getting paid for surveys I complete. I tried writing support, but I did not get anywhere. I wrote about 6 times since March. I completed 5 surveys worth $6.50 and was not paid. For some reason, it seems that their system is not sending the completed surveys to them or it is not registering properly into my account. I alerted them to this issue when it first happened, but nothing was done and it kept happening for a while. It is not right that I am not getting paid for surveys I completed due to a technical glitch.
I was dissatisfied with the help I received. I was told that I was not paid for these surveys for the following reason "This could be for going through the survey questions too quickly "speed balling" or for providing answers that don't make sense if you were really that demographic. I am not sure exactly why you were not credited" I did not speed through any surveys or give gibberish or non sense answers so that is not a reason I did not get paid. I noticed starting in the beginning of May I started to receive credit like I used to, but I am afraid I will have an issue with not receiving payment again because nothing was done to fix the issue I experienced.
