I 100% agree with the other person who made a complaint against this company and the owner. He fabricated his credentials and has been reported to the Florida Department of Health and licensing and is being investigated for practicing physical and occupational therapy as an unlicensed individual. Claims to be a physical and occupational therapist and that he has his Master's degree. Has none of the above and I highly recommend anyone stay far away from this person.
It's a shame that people will do these things to try to get business. Instead, he's a danger to innocent victims.
Also, as in the past, as he's done on Facebook and on Thumbtack.com, whenever someone makes these claims, the owner, OC, will make a rebuttal, claiming that these accusations are from a "angry former drug addicted client" or from a former girlfriend who is also a drug addict.
This claim is 100% accurate and his rebuttal, if any, is a complete and total lie. He needs to accept responsibility for his lies and fabrications.
The owner of this private fitness center, Onyedikachi Ibeji, (aka OC) claims verbally and on paper that he is a licensed physical and occupational therapist. He never attended a physical therapy or occupational therapy school or program and is not licensed to practice as a health care professional in any state. He has been reported to the Florida department of health and they are currently investigating this as fraud, as is the Florida division of the FBI, health care fraud.
He advertises on his website that he is a physical and occupational therapist and an expert in Parkinson's rehabilitation. He is neither and has been served cease and desist order in the past to stop using a copyrighted Parkinson's boxing program, (kinesio-arts program) owned by another individual, who developed the program in 1994 and copyrighted it in 2007.
This individual has been accused of raping a former client in 2008 and also fraudulently filed a Medicaid application for a family friend to help that person receive Medicaid benefits.
In 2008, he moved to Orlando to run a gym and was fired for stealing client documentation, including social security numbers, dates of birth and credit card information.
This individual is a very dishonest and dangerous individual. Do not train with him at his studio and do not let him have access to your financial information.
