We entered into service with onvia.com last year for government bidding services (notifications).
It did not really work for us and that is fine... Fast forward a year and and quarter later - they are coming after us for $3,700.
Because: the contract auto-renews. they must be given 60 days notice to cancel... it auto-renewed in april 2018 and they bring this up in June, which means they want us to pay for a service from April through August that we never opted back into in the first place.
i asked them on the phone if this was really just an auto-renewal scam or if they stood beside there service. Luis professed that is wasn't a scam, but that i was going to have to pay.
I told him that i was not ever going to pay. He said they would put it in collections, I told him that I would put it online.
