I ordered a Smart Clock Wi-Fi Camera × 1. This item came up in a google search, My debit card processed within seconds of the order. I never received the order. I started emailing the only contact I could still find that was listed in the confirmation email :[email protected] I requested a refund and was not refunded. Several emails later and NO PRODUCT-NO REFUND. The order was placed the beginning of July.
I ordered a pair of shoes in early August. The money was removed from my account immediately. I received a text confirmation of my order but when I click the link in the text, they shut down their website. No refund, no product, simply took my money and disappeared.

Absolute scam. I am horrified that they have access to my debit card information and address.
I ordered2 artic air, late July for my grandchildren who were back west in the horrible smoke from wildfires. They had to cover windows and doors it was so bad, so I ordered these for my grandkids as it was so hot for them. Well, as all the other complaints on this company ontrendspower.com, they never received but I was charged, now no company to contact as they moved on apparently. It is so heartbreaking that people like this exist who take advantage of people in crisis with no conscience or consequence for thier actions. I sincerely hope their new yacht bought with the hard labors of other people's cash, sinks....
Ontrendspower is a ripoff!!! They are advertising a Permanent Hair Removal Laser for $12.97. Once they get your order they have got you.
Once I tried to contact them through their email about my order, then I got a return message stating this is not a valid email account. Once I tried to find the company on Google, it also came up with a scam message.
On 10/10/18, I ordered a set of three bras and an Articair Personal Air Conditioner. The total for these items was $25.90. As of 11/1/18, I have not received the products and there has been no response to my emails.
When asked to View My Order, the website doesn't exist. Thankfully, my credit card company refunded the amount to me and they have issued a report on this company.

I ordered a HD Projector from the company in August 2018. The email received stated that it would take 3-4 weeks, asking that I be patient. To date, I have not received the product.
When attempting to visit the website, it no longer exists. As a matter of fact, it shows "Locked". I sent an email to the person listed as the contact on my receipt that I just so happened to keep from the sale, [email protected], but of course, I have recieve no response. Fortunately, it is not a lot of money; however, it is still my money, and I have not received the product to date. And there is no way of contacting anyone with regards to the missing item or for a refund.

They offered water coolers at $10.oo each. Charged my American Express credit card the amount of %51.80 and I never received them.
