On March 28, 2016 After several conversations with a sales person I was convinced that this service would be a great replacement for the Real Estate lead program I was currently using. I found from the beginning that I got the run around and was past off to several people who assured me that ALL WAS FIXED. Today September 5, 2016 this has turned out to be a complete lie, scam, ripoff and more. I hope that this will serve as a WARNING TO ALL OTHERS WHO MIGHT BE APPROACHED BY THIS COMPANY.
I was contacted by phone by this company and it was at a time when I was trying to figure how to create more awareness of my Real Estate company.
The timing was right for them. I paid this company $2795 for SEO in May of 2014. I received 3 total, nonviable leads in over a year's time so I had 0 return on my investment while I was guaranteed much more. I sent them an email and didn't receive any response. I was in contacted by at least 4 people during the course of the order that I don't know who is responsible. It seems like this is a very small company.
Before the SEO campaign went live I paid the same company about $3000 more for what turned out to be a Wordpress site. I had been paying $200 a month for a specialized site with a back office/drip campaign system and was promised that this site would be a one time fee. When I realized I bought a Wordpress site template I realized that my Brokerage provides a Wordpress site for agents and Zillow provides a free site with my advertising. It's certainly not worth the amount of money I paid. I feel taken advantage of because I'm not an internet expert. Realtors, if this company calls you, hang up!
The company solicited me via phone offering 1st page Google placement for my company on numerous search engines within 15-20 days. They charge $2,495 fee as well as a monthly maintenance fee of $19.95.To top it off they offer money back guarantee "in writing". They are a well organized scam program with numerous "departments" that call you complete your submission, gather your marketing info, offer advise on phrase with highest conversion rate, ROI figures etc. They keep things moving fast, mail your confirmation package and have you focused on getting it all up and running that you forget all about the "written guarantee" and even the logical specifics of a typical business transaction...no business cards, no legitamite contact people etc...they do lots of follow up calls and come across as professionals until you start to call them on the lack of performancee of their program...then they suggest more services may be needed to improve/build you a better website. They even hit you up for renewal/extension until you suggest they're a scam and they suggest they give the top positions to your competition and hang up on you! I can not attest to one single inquiry, online or on the phone or otherwise that came as a direct result of this program aside from all their reps contacting you. I intend to get the word out about this scam any way I can. I gave them the option to refund my charges by a given deadline and we part ways or I go public...as you can figure no refund or further contact from them.
This company contacted me with a claim to get me on the first page of google in my city for my industry. The sales person was very conviencing and showed me many webesites to support his claims. I was new in business and fell for his pitch. I bought a package that included a custom webstie design and a year of SEO management. I regret this decision.
My website prescence did not improve and the website they created looked terrible. It had grammatical errors on every page. The contact page never worked and clients would get upset with me for not getting back to them. After many attempts to resolve the issue, I eventually deleted the page.
They were also my hosting service and the website would randomly get shut down, many times on a friday morning and would be down all weekend. This is when we did most of our sales. Any time I needed to contact them, It would take weeks to reach anyone for assistance. And the "customer service" people were always accusatory and rude.
Most recently, I tried to switch my hosting service after a month of no response to my request of updating my mobile site. The text was not visible in that it littleraly ran off the screen on the mobile site and I was losing clients. Now, I am working with a new company that tells me the easist way to transfer hosting service is to install a plug in on the site and bring the information over. When telling the current hosting company this they say that I can not install a plug in due to security reasons. And now they are saying that they have no access to my website and can not help me. I paid them over 3 thouasand to create this site and have never had any other hosting service! How could I have made it so that they could'nt access my site? They are holding my website hostage. They have a great sales team but that is where the quality ends.
Please don't waste a penny of your hard earned money with these scam artists!
All the above comments seem valid. $2.5k wasted for a posted one page site that they didn't even test the links for! Absolute waste of money. Zero return and of course, as I was the customer, it was all my fault or somebody else's. Not one sale. I was also hung up on the phone twice. You can't speak to a senior person.
There must be a lot better client service organisations than these. Severely burnt and wished I had never heard of them!
I was contacted by this company to help increase my Google ranking for my real estate business. I had used a company like this before and told them I was not interested because they could not perform their promises. After about 30 minutes on the phone, they lead me to a few of their websites showing ranking from Fox Business News, etc. Also, they showed me online rankings of a few current customers and it revealed that these current customers were ranked #1 on google, so my interest peaked. I fell for the scam and now have huge buyers remorse. I asked them to change my write up on myself and the company I work with because they had written it like 3rd grade grammar. It was very unprofessional. They have yet to change my requests which were over a month ago. So, for $2,000 spent....I have nothing to show for it but a 3rd grade business page and my picture....it's embarrasing. If anyone out there reads this report and is considering using this company, hang up and block their calls. They are scam artists.
I was contacted in July of 2017 by a slick salesperson from a company called Online Client Services and Online Exposure in regards to my marketing and website. In trying to get as much bang for my advertising dollars that I possibly can I decided to swallow real hard and make an investment. This was a huge mistake almost from the start. I was told that I would get first place position on the most popular search engines and that with my new deluxe website that I would be set up for hundreds of hits and leads for my business.
Today is March 20, 2018 and almost 8 months this debacle started. My investment has netted me no leads. Oh, they showed my pretty charts that said my ranking was all over the first pages but there was no evidence to prove it. It took several months of issues to even get a website up and running on the web. To my displeasure, the site was very elementary and my associates laughed at it. When I would question them why it was taking so long and so poorly produced they would blame it on me!
Since you are required to pay for their services upfront you are screwed and have no recourse! I have now wasted nearly $5000.00 with this company and have not been able to get one bit of customer satisfaction. They will not return emails and the calls made to the CSR's go on deaf ears and you are only given excuses after excuses. I am a realtor, not a web developer. I am positive that I have lost every dime I invested. I doubt I will ever see or be granted and satisfaction. Buyers beware and take a hint from me, never pay in full for a service until it is proven that it works!
I wish I would have read the comments before I signed up. These people give you the run around at every turn. And to this point I have found no recourse. Avoid them at all costs.
