I have used online class help time and time again,
Unfortunately, my due date of an assignment changed from one day to 24 hours earlier due to my professor wanting to end his class earlier. I respectfully ask for a refund due to the fact that I could not wait for online class help to seek the tutor out , which usually takes hours, and decided to do the assignment myself.
They said they would charge a 20% cancellation fee. Something not stated on their website and they have so much business that once they take your money they literally don't contact you until right before the assignment is due to update you on anything. I said I would not be charged this fee because they did nothing for me and nowhere states that they have the right to claim this fee.
Not only was I harassed back and forth via email but I am completely unsure if I am receiving this refund and am currently disputing with my bank for services unrendered. Whoever was in charge of customer service via email on 12/15/17 - was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most likely a child because they kept sending emails back - an email chain of about 40 emails back and forth. So with all of that as well as being well versed with the law, not only was this horrific customer service it was harassment and services unrendered.
Beware! This company left me hanging on an important assignment. I paid $200 for an assignment 7 days til the due date and two days before, they said they were unable to do the assignment. Now, they have $200 of my dollars and I was left with no paper. Plus, quality of work is not good. Do not trust this company.
"Hired" this company to assist with a class. Paid a total of $800 in three payments. They were nice at first but after the final payment (around week 4) they became very rude and nonchalant about getting the coursework done. I missed the first assignment and called tthe customer service line. They assured me the work would be done that night but it wasn't turned in until 2 days later. After this incident I had to call them weekly to remind them that assignments were due. The final assignment, which was worth 60% of my grade was not done. I called several times starting 48hrs out and a rep by the name of Dave became very rude and basically told me to stop calling! I will be disputing the charrges with my bank 1st thing tomorrow!!!
Stay away from Onlineclasshelp.com. They demand money upfront and don't perform the services! Any work they do will be late or not turned in at all!! Don't believe the website or any supposed guarantees they advertise! All they want is your money!!

The tutors don't even know when your assignments are due, even though they have access. I am not endorsing any other "tutoring" service, but if you don't want to fail and waste money, stay away!!!!
I reached out to onlineclasshelp.com numerous time with specific instructions letting them know my due date and did not recieve what i asked for. i cant even count on my hand and toes how many times i contacted them. Their excuse was that people quit and they had to hire new staff and thats why my work wasnt done. Who care what happen i paid over 500 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!! to haemy work done by a specific time. A paper i asked for to be written was actually done with me emailing them literally everyday to remind them it needed to be one by a specific date. I recieved the paper and it was HORRIBLE full or grammar and punctuation errors i literally sat with my boyfriend for two hour trying to make sense of the paper! i threw it out and ended up so it myself. Goes to show you and me that it isnt worth depending on anyone even if you spend over 500 dollars! i really though they would help me out but this company is awful! Stay far far farrrrrr away!
