They take a percentage of your pay as a temp agency and do not provide support. I have done well over 1300 workorders for them and now when you ask them for help, they suspend your account. Here is the coversation I had about a work order that had not been paid since AUG 17 and it is DEC 14 with Corissa:

No payment for workorder ####### from August. Buyer want a picture that could not be taken due to the area being a NO PHOTOGRAPHY area. I have explained this to them over and over.

This is why I think there should be mandatory enlistment so people can understand rules and regulations.

The buyer is a scam artist, they wait 4 months after the work order was completed and I even told them this while I was onsite. They said no problem just make a note of it. Which I did.

If you don't believe me, look at the required QA checklist that was uploaded.

I know this sounds silly, but I'm wondering if maybe you attach a map to show that the location is in fact on a military base, maybe that would be sufficient supporting evidence. Something like this:

Less than 30 minutes later I received this email:

This is an automated message that is sent to service pros when their account is put into the on hold status. Please contact Client Services concerning the account on hold status.
