This company is a complete and total fraud. I would be surprised if they actually even exist. The website states that the company will assist the customer in completing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 paperwork that the client can then submit to the local court authorities with a money back guarantee. Well needless to say, this was all a pipe dream. I completed the sign up for the Bankruptcy services and promptly paid the fee of 199.00 which was immediately debited from my account for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It took a bit of time before I could gather all the information pertaining to my creditors because of the nature of my situation. When I was finally ready to complete the process, I was told that a 12 day grace period had passed and I would have to give them 249.00 dollars to complete the service and my initial 199.00 was non refundable. This is a complete and total rip-off. How does a company get to keep a payment for services they did not do, then demand another payment to complete the initial service. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a attorney as well. Please do not do business with this company.
