I cancelled any affiliation with this company in January 2016. They continued to take funds out of one of my accounts, admitted their error and refuse to refund the money they took from me in January or 2017. They do not reply to telephone inquiries, do not reply to emails.
Checking on their site on Facebook, they are doing this to many people.
7 months ago I requested my account to be closed with OneModelPlace. I emailed the company initially, and they sent me a confirmation email saying that they were sorry to see me go, however, they canceled my account and I would no longer be billed. Each month since I received my cancellation notice, I have been billed $26.95 to my credit card. Every single month I have called their contact number and demanded to speak to a manager. I have been advised over and over that you can not talk to someone directly from the company. The people who answered the phone advised me that they are "note takers" and they pass along the information to someone else in the company. I have tried every number I could find, however, I get the same result every time. I have also emailed the customer service account provided on their website. For 7 months I have not gotten 1 reply with the exception of the initial cancellation notice. I have also messaged their Facebook account over and over and they never reply. This company is an absolute scam and they are crooks. To date, they still refuse to cancel my account, even tho they confirmed 7 months ago that my account was canceled. We are now in the process of pursuing legal options (my attorney is currently drawing up paperwork). I have seen countless other claims on the internet stating that this company has done this exact same thing to many other people. They need to be stopped.
