There is no record of a Michael Mark Bryant having attended or graduated from Harvard. Ask him for his bar licensee number and see how quickly he deflects.
His company, One LA Lifestyle (www.onelalifestyle.com) purports to rent cars, jets, and yachts. He obtains these cars, jets, and yachts from unsuspecting owners. Here's how Michael Mark Bryant's scam works:
1. Scam someone out of their car, jet or yacht by promising them he'll make their finance payments.
2. Stop answering his phone so that the rightful owner can no longer get a hold of him.
3. Advertise the car, jet or yacht for rent on Craigslist.
4. Collect deposit from an unsuspecting renter.
5. Stop answering his phone on the booking date and pocket the deposit. The owner gets nothing. The renter gets nothing. Michael Mark Bryant keeps car/jet/yacht and pays nothing. (His scam is also applied to estates and apartments for rent in downtown LA)
If you have a car and were contacted by Michael Mark Bryant and/or One LA Lifestyle, you probably have a listing on Swapalease. FYI - subleasing a vehicle is illegal almost everywhere. Call Swapalease and tell them someone running an auto subleasing scam is using their site for leads. They should know better.
He probably told you your vehicle has "negative equity" in these "tough market environments." Tell him you'd rather take it than any false positives from him.
He'll act like your best friend until he gets the car, jet or yacht, after that - he's scammed you. You'll be lucky to get your car back in one piece.

Contract was signed stating his company was taking my car to a garaged lot and that they had many customers who already wanted my car to take over the lease. Instead this thief rented it out daily as a "RIDESHARE" car to the public for a daily rate.
They crashed it, smoked in it, used a chemical that damaged interior, then took it to an unauthorized body shop (didn't notify me), they crashed my car, they didn't use the same paint color, they pretended it was never at a body shop.
I had to take it to one for different VISIBLE damage that was not repaired & the both body shops (took it to 2 Mercedes authorized shops), told me the front end was damaged and very poorly "repaired" bondo showing, paint wrong etc. The inside was thrashed.
At least 5 different people were listed on the car's bluetooth pairing. They used my car as a rental! OMG who does that! They had my car for 54 days... NEVER did they apply with Mercedes Financial for a lease transfer. Kept givng me excuses to keep me away. Kept telling me to hire an attorney. I have proof from Mercedes & texts and emails.
MICHAEL MARK BRYANT kept telling me Mercedes Financical was backed up from the holidays. LIE.. He NEVER contacted them. Mercedes Financial said NO ONE had ever applied for a lease w/ my car's VIN #. I have all the proof in emails and text messages and photos of the damage. I have retained an attorney, but I want to warn the public! Please do not fall victim to him or this company. The company commits fraud! He also said to me "I AM RICH... I DON'T CARE IF YOU SUE ME" Really? who says that!? He says he owns airplanes, yachts and expensive cars and that they should have never taken my 2017 Mercedes. He says he deals with rich people and celebrities and that he can't be bothered with a car like mine. He doesn't make sense and his business is listed on the State of California's Secretary of State's site as opened in Dec. 2018 just a week before he took my car and rented it out to the public.
He took out a fake fraudulent insurance policy that was never paid for for my car. He altered a policy with my vin# and my name on the policy that is not a valid policy. The Hartford company told me to get an attorney and call the police as this is INSURANCE FRAUD. He claims on both his websites: oneleasinggroup.com and onelalifestyle.com to offer Lease transfers. If you click on lease transfers on the onelalifestyle.com site it routes you to oneleasinggroup.com PLEASE beware!
