The gutters are still leaking in the same places. Sent 2 men to pu a cap on gutter who spoke no english, and didnot remove a black mark on facia board, wnich he put there. Charged me and I was not able to inspect his work. but took his word for the work he supposedly completed. He will not answer my calls, and I suspect he did NOT complete the job as promised.
