I really hope people would take the time to read this review as One Answer is just the most shocking and unprofessional company I've come across. I have purchased a second hand car and it would normally take from 2 to 6 weeks to get the log book from DVLA as indicated in the website. Although I explain to them since day one and admin team stated they were aware, they have been absolutely unreasonable and I was given 7 days to provide all the documentation. They were not happy with the VC5 slips as proof and documentation from the car dealer (including financial agreement signed by both parties) and they were also not able to access the gov website and use the codes provided to check the status of my driving license.
I had to generate the code 5 times before they manage to visualize the driving license status. I send them several email as they asked proof of address etc. I wonder how real criminals are treated, probably far better by a company like this. Of course they did not accept the screenshot with my name and driving license status taking directly form the government website. They have now cancel my insurance and charge me £50.00 cancellation fees and I have not received my money back yet. (annual insurance) Furthermore it is just a nightmare to get hold of anyone; I have tried different day and times of the week same thing: last time I had been kept holding for 25 minutes and then they put down the phone on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
