On Time Lending, LLC Reviews
I applied for loan with Bradon and he just keeps saying he is working on it. In the meantime since giving him all my information I have received over 12 different inquiry checks on my credit from places I don't know and I keep getting calls from other companies trying to sell me credit repair services.
We were set to close on our mortgage loan March 15, 2021 however, Since March 13 I couldn't get ahold of the man helping us , Mr. Bradon. The company phone just rings and says voicemail box is full. I now starters researching On Time Lending and see others have had this issue.
It looks like we too have fell for a scam from Mr. Bradon Davis. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company for charges incurred. Unfortunately, our house deal is now lost due to this con artist.
Bradon from On time lending defrauded me of $1500 and wasted 3 months of my time. I thought he was helping me get a mortgage loan and everything sounded legit, but all of a sudden I could not get a hold of him or anyone at this company and have not heard back from anyone in over 3 weeks. They billed me for application fees, appraisal fees and a few other misc fees i didn't even understand what they were. Unfortunateley he made me pay with checks so i cant even try to get my money back from the bank since the checks have cleared. Please report him if anyone has contact with him or this company.
I first spoke to Bradon Davis in October of 2020 about getting a home loan. He seemed very knowledgeable and said he could get me approved even though my credit was not all that good. I gave him all my information and a week later he calls to congratulate me on my pre approval. He told me to start looking for a home and said I just needed to do a few things to improve my credit.
I began my home search and after a couple months of searching I find the right house. My realtor submits my offer and is approved so i then called Bradon. Bradon says no problem and will get me a quote on the loan numbers right away. He sends me the loan numbers and everything looks good. Bradon requested more documents and says his lender will send me final loan quote to sign off on.
3 weeks go by until Bradon's lender sends me the final numbers. Upon reviewing the final numbers there is a $20,000 broker/underwriter fee that was not disclosed previously. I immediately call Bradon about this and he tries to say he had told me about this fee before even though it was not listed on the original quote he had sent me.
So now with no time left before my closing date I have to decide to pay this con artist Bradon $20,000 to get my loan done or backout on the home, lose my earnest money and all the time i spent trying to get this home. It was a difficult situation to be in , but ultimately i had to back out of the deal. The worst part was letting my family down after getting them excited for months that we would be out of an apartment and into a house.
Bradon Davis and On Time Lending are a complete fraud and target hard working people in the black community.
