ON-SITE Computer Repair Reviews
I have been a small business owner and Realtor for years. So it goes without saying i have had some computer issues over the years. This outfit is the Worst of the Worst of the Worst. They came to my home to fix a minor problem and ripped the plastic tail of the transmitter off and exited. Since the transmitter was located at the back panel of the computer, i did not see the damage until after they had left. The tech - called himself Jessee - was so stupid that he thought i woud never discover it. He also took the piece with him. Since i wanted to relocate the Transmitter to the front panel I looked and the back panel of the computer and discovered the damage. The company has refused to acknowledge the damage or give me money for a new mouse and keyboard. This was expensive equipment. Microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard.
When the so called techcame to my home he had the computer down and dismantled before i could explain to him in detail what the symptomw were. Then his first diogonosis was that I needed an entirely new computer. After he couldn't sell me that scam, he fixed a minor keyboard issue and charged me for the work and exited. When i discovered what he had done, I called the shop and got a guy who supposedly said he was the owner. I wanted to talk with the teck that had come to my home and was told he was too busy to call me, but would come to my home again for another $125.00 to talk to me. He had the time to drive over to my home physically, but not the time to phone me. They were probably worried about being recorded. So i am filing a complaint with the AZ Sec of State and hopefully they will pull the license. Hopefully, this will save some other poor sould from the same fate. They are in Tempe AZ and will not post on their physical location. That's probably for their own safety from ripping off the poor souls who fall victim to them.

Fooled by the good reviews online (probably all fake) I called this company to fix my Mac. On the phone I explained the problem and they said they would be able to fix it in less than one hour. Technician came two hours late, checked the computer, said that maybe it was a virus but he didn't know for sure, and without fixing anything decided to charge me $71 for "diagnosis", when he wasn't even sure what was causing the problem! I feel scammed, nobody told me on the phone that on top of $75 per hour they also charge other $71 per "diagnosis". I thought they were coming to fix my computer, not to rip me off, the owner of this company is making a killing scamming people. They fixed nothing, didn't tell me what is the problem with the computer, refused to help save the data and raped my wallet. I still don't know why they charged for diagnosis when they didn't diagnose anything, if this is not a scam I don't know what it is. I can't believe how dishonest this company is, I never seen anything like this in my life! I never had any problem with other computer repair companies and is the first time I had such awful, fraudulent and deceptive service. Stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere. They deserve to be sued for the plain fraud they commit with their criminal scheme.
