A Driver Insured through Omni Insurance was under the influence of alchohol and caused me to total my car on Christmas Day. I missed Christmas Dinner with my family and had to spend Christmas day in the E.R. Its been a week and a half I have contacted Omni everyday and still no rental car and my husband has had no transpotation to work. Worst Exsperience ever.
I have had this company for the past six years and have experienced tota grief in the last year fue to ineptness and total ignorance of the technician regarding my computer software issues. First of all the company misrepresented themselves as a MicroSoft company and totally lied. When purchasing a new computer I contacted Omnitech to ehlp me transfer my files to the new computer and the so-called technician deleted my folders and all he could say was "I'm sorry"???!! Needless to say I was totally upset and still to this day have issues with this sham company. I have requested a refund for the remaining months and have been given the "run around" and basically a lame excuse that they will not pay me for my remainng months - through next March (8 months) from August 2016.
Additionally, I have to wait an inordinate amount of time to even connect with a "virtual technician" versus a live voice which is totally frustrating
This company is by far the absolute worse I have ever encounter for computer support and will socialize my unfortunate experiences with all who read my report.
