I purchased a warranty contract in August 2016. I have never needed the service until yesterday. I pay $170.00 per month for a service that I have NEVER used. My car broke down while out of town. I contacted Omnisure to find out what I needed to do. They were closed for the day. I took my car to a National Chain Auto Repair shop to have the car fixed. Today I contacted Omnisure to let them know that I had repair done and what next step was. WOW, I never made it to finding out what the next step was before I was assaulted by their Customer Service TEAM. The first representative hung up on me, I called back and the second person Brittany did same when I asked to speak to a manager. Then I called back and spoke with Vanessa who called me ***** because I insisted on speaking with a manager only at that point. So I called Omnisure back and spoke with CSM Tracy, after speaking with rude Qwendolyn. She explain that they only take the money but Lori the CSM from Dealer Services would call me. I waited and called back asking to speak with Lori, the CSM. They stated there was no Lori, CSM and the madness started all over again. WOW, amazed that this company is in business when there first contact with the public is down right RUDE and disrespectful on every level. Needless to say I finally got the sort of rude lady, Jeanie, who provided half information. I need to fax and email something for a possible reimbursement if they approve it because I did not follow the policy to call in first to get an approval on the repair when they were closed and unavailable. Are you kidding me? This company clearly takes peoples money, never provides the services and unable to assist on any level. They need to be investigated by the authorities, as many people have claimed that they have been RIPPED OFF. This is NOT an ethical company NOR should they be allowed to continue to take peoples money and provide the promise of service.

Ominsure sold me a car warranty, which they said they would put on an automatic draft. Then I got a letter that I had not made payment on it. What? So I canceled. It was months ago and I just found charges for several subsequent months on my bank statement. When you call the #, it won't give you a person and says to enter the acct. # from the booket. But since I canceled it I am not sure I kept the booklet. All I can do now is close this checking acct. and open a new one, maybe even at a different bank.

Took aut an extended warranty. They never would send any policy and kept delaying. removed about $4000 from my credit card an without a policyl # I can't even talk to them.

I to purchased the extended warranty from them, but haven't used it yet. They have been taking out money every month out of my bank. Do they pay for repairs but want records of auto maintenance to make sure the vehicle has been maintained,or just won't cover anything.

I was notified by a warrenty company Called Omnisure group that my warrenty on my car was about to or has run out. A year later my timing belt went and needed repair. I notified the Company Omnisure and they said that They would send and adjuster out to verify the repairs. The adjuster came and its been two weeks that I have been getting the run around. The car dealer was gratious enough to lend me a car for a week and a half while my car is in repair. The car repair service representative called and said I had to make a decision on what I wanted to to because the car insurance company Omnisure did not make a decision yet. They told me that I sighned a document saying that I had to have repair reports or maintanance records they never told me that and they never sent anything for me to sign that was a complete lie.

So I went to Jiffylube and gave them the last two oil changes.

I did a few myself and have to record. Now two weeks later with my car apart in the repair shop they tell me that if I can produce two more reciepts then they have to close the claim I will get denied. Meanwhile I had to agree to pay the repair shop 3300 to fix my car. I didn't put to much pressure on them even though i have, after the fact googled all the negative reviews on this happening to so many others. Why a real company would have made sure the documents are in order before they proceded with taking my engine totaly apart. I have read so many of the same stories about the persons car torn apart and now the consumer is stuck with the bill. How are these people still in buisiness? Who controls things like this to protect the consumer?

I purchased warranty from Ominsure in February. They lied to me from the start and i didnt catch it until today. 8-4-15. They told me that my warranty was only good for one year on a new car. Which was a lie i got a call today from the ford company that i purchased my car from and they said it was good for three years or 36,000 miles. which i fall in neither catagory yet. I called today to cancel it and they gave me the run around. I was on the phone with them for over 2hrs trying to explain to them i just wanted to cancel it what do i do. They said it was canceled today but i had to write a paper up stating why i wanted to cancel, my exact mileage, and the date and have it notorized. I asked where i could fax it to and he said you cant do that you have to mail it. Im not really sure if he even gave me the right adress. This company needs to be stopped. I want my money back all of it for pain and suffering. Im going to call the better business bureau and if i have to i will call an attorney. I got a different bank card, they arent getting anymore money from me!!!!!!
