My computer was running slow and seemed to have virisus so I contacted OMG. They agrees to clean up any viris and make my computer run better. After three or more contacts where they attempted to solve my problems, I learned that the company was being investigated for fraud and would be temporarily unable to conduct business. This lasted for a few days after that the site shut down and the telephone was disconnected.
I was charged $375 which was supposed to cover my computer for two years. It was a "Silver" plan. There "service" to me only lasted for a few days and certainly was not worth almost four hundred dollars.
