We used Brian Jacob Harms, Olympian Concrete (who recently changed the name of the company to B&T Concrete probably because of all the complaints on Yelp and Facebook and the fact that he's probably being sued or knows he will be) to do our patio . It took. long tie for him to get permits. The patio wasn't poured correctly, concrete splatter alll over everywhere on the back of my house and on the concrete pad. I was told they'd come back and clean it up. After a few no shows and Brian not answering my calls, my husband I cleaned up the disatster left behind. He was paid in full so he had no reason to come back. I wish I would have done some due dilligence on this guy before hiring him. I found dozens of horror stories on facebook from people who hired him. I don't see that he is registered with the state, so probably not a legit busines. I wish I would have searched "Brian Harms Manhattan" which shows his mugshot. He's changed the name of his "company" 5 times since 2020. He apparantly isn't paying child support. He's a scammer & deadbeat, hack for sure. We paid thousands of dollars only to be left with a terrible job. Avoid!
