Save yourself a lot of heartache and go literally anywhere else.
I was going through a hard time and I didn't have a lot of money, and I needed a car right away. They had a Jeep that I liked and I ended up buying it. It was the first time I'd ever bought a car on my own. No warranty, they assured me everything was on the level.
Literally the day after, less than 24 hours after buying the car outright, it has trouble. I take it to my mechanic and get the news that the head is about to blow. I was desvastated. I spent all of savings on that car.
They knew the head was going to blow. My mechanic told me the hose was swollen from all of the pressure building up and that a spring loaded hose clamp was meant to be attached, but they'd used a heavy duty screw down clamp so the building pressure wouldn't blow the hose loose while it was being test driven.
Not shockingly, they refused outright to work with me, to do anything for me at all, repeatedly sending me the same text, in all capital letters AS IS NO WARRANTY. Once I'd accepted that they screwed me, I just wanted the title to scrap the massive pile of garbage to get a little bit of money scraped together to get SOMETHING to drive so I wouldn't lose my job and my house.
MONTHS. It took MONTHS to get the title. They ignored my calls, when I could get someone they'd lie and say they had it and it had been mailed out a week ago, then the next time I got someone they said they still hadn't got the title back.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
I almost lost my job and my home because they care more about making a maybe a grand in profits than they care about ruining your life. Horrible people and I really hope that if you're looking at a car they have, you Google searched their name and ended up here.
