Reborn baby doll real life like journey
Took my money from paypal, sent me a rubber doll no clothes was such a rip off!! Charged me 45.98!! What a scam!! Tiny doll nothing like was advertised!! SCAM!!!
Ordered a curious interactive bear from this company that was advertised on f/b. Costing $38.98. On 11th may 2020. No email, no invoice and no bear. After going to paypal resolution all of a sudden a bear arrived that i could have purchased in my local pound shop.. No box, certainly not interactive. I don't usually fall for scams but was certainly fooled big time with this one. I will also be reporting it to f/b who allowed this company to advertise in the first place.
Karma will eventually catch up with these people. I learned a bitter lesson. Paid for two Interactive Bears and two dingy, little, sitting, non-interactive bears were sent 2 months later after numerous complaints to PayPal. I will no longer have any faith in PayPal. I will only order in the future from large, established companies. It was stupid on my part to depend on PayPal to vet the companies they are coordinating payments with. I guess PayPal too is just raking money in without any conscience.
Paid over 40.00 for real life journey baby. They sent a very small cheap doll, not worth a dollar. I’m serious. Do not buy anything from this company. Scam
Bought a large interactive bear and received an 8 inch bear that does nothing but okay some weird song. No arms that move.. Not what i paid for. Going to report to paypal like everyone else.
The monkey my granddaughter received was nothing like the advert, the hair looked like it was stuck on with print stick, it was sticky and the hair was coming off and the monkey was 1/2 the size of the monkey ordered! complete scam!!
I ordered this bear at the beginning of May of this year. Received it in the beginning of June, so nearly 1 month after I ordered. This bear does nothing like advertised, I contacted the seller directly to which they said I was confused on their description and offered me $4 to "make it right" instead of refunding me the entire $38. I disputed through PayPal which the sellers were offering me $3, $7, and finally $10. I took screenshots of their descriptions of the bear and photos of what I received and disputed further with PayPal as we couldn't come up with an agreement regarding refund. PayPal stated I will have to send the item back to an address that I cannot verify as it is in Chinese and that I would get a full refund, minus the shipping cost to return this garbage. The website I ordered from is no longer working and the email address I have for the initial correspondence is no longer valid. They are scammers.
The baby doll is not what they advertise online and is not worth the price i pay for it. Is a plastic tiny doll horrible looking. I want to return it and i don't find how to do it and to get a refund.

I believe i have been scammed by this company but i am will to take this much further to a small claims court to get my money back. You have not heard the last of this okbuynowshop
Absolutely MAD the bear looks nothing what you had on the website discussed it was for my new born niece what a waste of money for me but apparently not for YOU . NEVER AGAIN this has made me so mad .
These people are known by now to PayPal. I also received two dingy little bears. Not interactive at all. I don't understand why PayPal allows their sales to go through. I will be so much more careful from now on. Nothing will I purchase from an unknown vendor. Only buying from large companies. I thought PayPal vetted their vendors...evidently not.
Item was supposed to be able to sweep & mop. Item has no brushes or rollers to collect dirt and debris. Has no compartment to collect dirt and debris. Has no reservoir for water for washing floor. I ordered the UV sanitizer upgrade; there is no UV sanitizer at all. The cleaning pad is one layer of tissue paper.
No email conversation. Then finally arrived 8 weeks later. Ok due to covid acceptable but the product is probably the size of the foot of the dobby in the advert. Total rip off £30 wasted
Ordered a limited edition, remote control, black hawk helicopter. After waiting weeks for delivery I received a small die cast model, thing like what was ordered.
I contacted them but all they say is " please my friend, I made very little no money on the sale so please just keep what you have received"
they are certainly no friend they are SCAMMERS. they refuse to refund offering a discount on the next order???? as if that's gunna happen.
The promotion web for the RC helicopter is exactly the same on other companies web sites, it appears they are SCAMMING under numerous company names
I've never felt so ripped off in all my life supposed to be a furreal cubby bear and i end up with a bear i wouldn't even pay 50p for. These need to be closed down and people stop falling for this like i did. They scam people out of there hard earned cash. Complete scam

this company is trash! paid $60 for a 50 cent dog toy pretty much. It was supposed to be a life like baby doll and it looks like a dog toy.

Paid a total of $42 for realistic journey baby!!!!! received a very small plastic doll with no moving parts. Cheap, cheap scam !!!!!!!!
