I ordered a "free trial" of 2 skin creams, postage only. After 15 days, a subscription would be automatically started to supply me with monthly refills for $79.95/ each cream. Order dated 5/09/17. Credit card was charged $79.95 for each cream on 5/16/17, 7 days after order. Talked to Tiffany about order, but she hung up after 15 minutes. Could not reach anyone after that. Transaction was by phone. Gave them my credit card for shipping charges only, $2.95 and $4.95.
Ojas Enterprises....Ayur Cream and Wrinkles Cream comes disguised as a 30 day trial sample but it charges your card separately for 79.95 each automatically. No returns accepted. If you agree to keep the automatic charges they will reducr up to 75%.
This scam says you are buying what the products used from Dr. Oz but it is not the same products listed on the advertising.
Scam scam scam and a costly mistake. I had 4 charges hit me this month almost 400.00 from them.
I responded to the mail promo that I have received under Wrinkless Cream, 800-768-2101 and paid for $99.90 which the rep said that I will receive my order in 3-5 business days. I spoke to a Dennis, rep # 10156. The promo was a buy 2, get 1 free and there is no shipping.
I've waited for 3 weeks, which was rather too long for a purchase that is considered express delivery. I called the number showing on my account for the charge, 845-219-1400. To my surprise, this customer service number has denied that I have placed an order and denied the charge.
I have requested my bank to assist and to file a dispute and complaint, but nothing has happened to-date. They have told me the same thing - that this company has denied the claim and will not respond, give a refund or send the order.
Please investigate into this matter and put a stop into this scam that this company is doing. I am sure I am not the only consumer that has filed against them. Please do something before they will rip off more innocent customers with their scam!
