After I ve contact them for founding a company, they send me immidiatelly the appropriate paperwork with a pile of questions concidering my personal data, (which unfortunatelly fill them all, incuding my passport copy), they then procceed by asking to pay them 500 euros (roughly 600usd) as an annual fee for their services (company founding and a bank accound plus a cash card) , and they continue by sending me all the official paperwork from seychelles authorites (that seem to be legit but I can not confirm) of the founding company in a Seychelles office, that I bellieve is "just an address" and nothing more, with the promise that my companys bank account is on progress and prety soon I will have an acccount and a cash card of some bank...
I waited for a year or so and one day I received an email of them saying that I have to pay another 500euros anual fee for the next year, if I still wanted to continue have my company registered. After I asked them where is my bank account and cash card? They reply that I have to deal directly with the bank, and that they are not responsible for this part (although there is a standard package on my "diamond level of service" that the state that they provide the founding of a new Company plus a Bank account and a cash card.
After all this inconvinience, I have desided that I dont wish them services anymore, and wrote them an email declaring that I wish my company to be disolved and that I dont need them services any more. From this day and onwards they started sending me hundreds of e-mails, saying that I can not do that, and if I dont pay them they're going to press charges against me to some Seychelles authority and will also request an interest plus their 500euros as well, an interest which is going to be increase as time pass by.
I ve tryed repeatedly to contact them to a UK phone number displaed on their site, but no one was answering the phone, appart an auto answering machine that was saying that I have to hold the line and wait...
I did realy wait for hours...But nothing came up, appart the buzz of a terminated call. Their e mails though keep coming in, but I wasnt answering anymore until I received their last one, which sound to me like a clear blackmale, the email was saying that my attitude is going to "attract the attention of various authorities", and that now I have only two options: 1. pay them 2. resolve the company formally, (but they never told me how to do that, even I have asked them to do so). PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM. DONT SEND IN ANY MONEY. AS SEEMS THEIR COMPANY IS A GHOST MAKING MILIONS OUT OF INTERNET VICTIMS SUCH AS MY SELF.
