I purchased a Warriors Klay Thompson Jersey from this company back in November. After over a month the item arrived and it was not even anything close to what I ordered. I contacted the customer support and they asked if I could send pictures, which I did with it still in the enclosed plastic. They responded back asking me to keep it due to their return process is complicated and expensive. I responded with it was not my fault and was their error but they want me to keep it?
They continued to keep asking me to keep it and I am not okay with that. After refusing once again for them to correct it they responded again saying the return process is expensive and complicated and I should just give it to someone else or resell it.......REALLY?? After continuously refusing and telling them they need to correct this they continued to respond for me to keep it and reorder the correct one and they will give me a 10% discount then they offered 20% as I refused once again.
This is the exact verbage from their return policy page and as you can see it is nothing close to what they did for me.

We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. They ships packages Monday thru Friday and in most areas will deliver ground shipments on Saturday. Remember, some of our items are made to order and ship from alternate warehouses. Make sure to check the product detail page to check if your item has a lead time.
