I placed online order which stated Immediate registration, and Digital ID card. I also Purchased the Physical card as well. After about an hour or so with no email I began to get a little nervous. I called in and spoke with Monica, she had stated that she was working on my Card as we spoke and I should see it any minute. About 2 hours went by and I called back in and Monica again answered but this time she was a little rude... stating that the Website is down and they're waiting for it to come back up but I should have it shortly...
She then stated rather rudely that I would get it withing 24 to 48 hours. I asked her to go ahead and cancel my order because I was getting a feeling that I was getting ripped off. Her responses seemed rehearsed and practiced meaning this isn't her first phone call about not recieveing documentation.
I never got it that day, so I called back after 24 hours and Monica answered. She said the Server was down this time. And they told her it would be back up at any time and she again wouldn't cancel my order and re assured me I'd get the product I had paid for. It has now been almost 120 hours and no Digital ID card, and Zero communication. No one has reached out to let me know that its on its way or explaining the delay or any email correspondence... I checked the BBB and wow, many people had the same experience.

A Boca Raton woman was arrested on Thursday after a two-month investigation by Sheriff's Office detectives identified her as the caller who placed dozens of threatening, obscene and harassing phone calls to a doctor's office and the Sheriff's Office's 911 system.
Deborah Shafran, was arrested at her mother's Lake Worth home on charges of making bomb threats, stalking by threat of bodily harm and making harassing phone calls. She is being held without bail in the Palm Beach County Jail, according to the Sheriff's Office.
In June and July, detectives think Shafran made more than 80 harassing calls from her cellular phone to the Orthopedic Center of the Palm Beaches, using vulgar language with employees and mentioning the al-Qaida terrorist group. When a Sheriff's Office detective traced the calls to her cell phone and left a message, she responded with two obscene messages on his voice mail.
Detectives also think Shafran made a large number of calls to the Sheriff's Office on May 5, 2001, in order to tie up the 911 system, and they said she is a suspect in similar cases in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens.
I am trying to register my dog as an emotional support animal, and this website claimed to be able to instantly send a virtual certificate of proof of registration upon payment of $124. I put in my card info, and when I received an email, I realized this may be a scam because they do not communicate via email or phone. I looked it up and sure enough, there are many complaints about this website being a scam. I am trying to get my application for a dog approved by NEAHS. Now I have a fake registration for my dog, and I need a real registration asap, but I need my money back from this stupid scam.
This website is a scam claiming to be able to register an animal as an emotional support animal. Now they have my debit card information.

This company needs to be investigated for fraud, emotional and mental manipulation.
They have the rudest customer sevice going. They refuse to acknowledge doing anything right
and this company needs to close its doors.
