I don't know if these guys are actually scammers, or just soem of the most incompetent, unprofessional people on the planet. And I'm mad at myself for not doing better research, though there is next to nothing on the internet (that in itself is a red flag!). Also is the fact that their domain name was only registered a year ago in April (though I will give them the fact that it was renewed in April this year), and that it's hosted on cloudflare, a notorious host of anything.
These guys claim they generate leads. A reasonable sales pitch, though I wasn't concetratign a lot as I was driving. It was just $300 a month, so it seemed worth taking a punt at.
So, no contract, not even a set of Terms & Conditions. Therefore, I have no idea what I just agreed to (yep, totally my bad on that!). A couple of emails later bringing up my concerns, but almost zero response other than the briefest of emails saying that "We take your feedback seriously..." Not THAT seriously I can tell you!
Maryanne Kelley, my "Success Manager" (LOL), says (in an email) "I'm so excited to be your Success Manager!" but has not done anything to make me even vaguely warm and fuzzy.
As I said at the outset, I'm not sure this company is a scam, but they're certainly one of the worst lead generation companies you could shudder to find if they're not. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
