I want exactly what the contract promised, want to know what kind of outlet I need for the IPL and delivery by date promised. I also want a discounted price from what I was quoted related to the delay it will have in me performing treatments that would have generated revenue during the time that the lasers were supposed to be deliverd. I also want to know interest rate for the financed part which seemed to hedge. I want to see a copy from as to the results of my credit report HE received, as it does not coincide with any info I have about my credit score. This obviously could be a reason to crank up interest, IF I ever hear back from them.

DO NOT SELL or BUY from OFF LEASE LASER in Miami, Florida.

12-31-15 Peter told me they were buyers of my laser & we agreed on the price of $16,500.

Contract signed 1-19-16. They requested my address for pick up. Then nothing.I sent texts&emails.Responses were they were waiting for a buyer.

3-31-16 a text from Peter stated they were prepared to buy my laser that day but that they wouldn't honor the $16,500 but offered $12,000. I was told sign the new contract and a $6k deposit would arrive before they picked up the laser and a second $6k would be given upon its arrival. The first $6k did arrive, then nothing.

4-25-16 Laser arrived to them. They stated there was an error code on the laser but I had never seen that error code while it was with me and that they needed to fix a few things on it and sell it. I reminded them that the Whole reason I dropped the price and signed the new contract was for them to officially buy it outright. I texted and called numerous times, with Peter, Carlos and was told by the receptionist-Stephanie, that they had received my messages. There were a few and infrequent text/emails responses to my update requests.

5-17-16 Peter texted he was getting final approval for my final check, then nothing.Itexted/emailed with Carlos many times stating I didn't understand why I had not received the second wire and reminded him what the new contract stated. He told me as soon as money comes in he will allocate the funds but that there was no money to pay me. I said that I felt like I should get the original negotiated $16,500 because they were not honoring the contract. More texts/emails/calls to the business/Peter/Carlos with little response

.6-29-16 I called Carlos and he immediately called me back and said he had good news and that I could call the next day at 1pm Florida time and he expected to be able to tell when the wire was going to be sent. I called the next day and there was no answer but he did call back and say that a check had bounced to the business and that the man now had to wire funds. Once they arrived he said I would get me wire.

8-30-16 The BBB in New York presented a mediator but the Complaint was Closed by the BBB as follows: “ The business( Off Lease Laser.com) responded to the dispute but failed to make a Good Faith effort to resolve it”

9-1-16 I have called Off Lease Laser and received numbers disconnected and others with full voice mail and when I do get a live person no returned calls. I feel that they cheated me out of my laser and stole it because they STILL have it and I am still owed A LOT of money for it.

I got ripped off too

I have lost not only money to these crooks, but my entire business. The only thing I have to show for dealing with them is empty pockets and the closing of my business. I have contacted BBB, State's Attorney and now plan to go to the media. The loss has been devastating to me not only financially, but personally, as I have lost my clientele and reputation. They have blocked my calls and now not responding/no call backs at all. I think a class action lawsuit is in order at this point and will be looking for attorneys who will represent all of us who have been ripped off.

On June 29, 2015 I agreed to buy from OffLeaseLaser a Cynosure Apogee Elite, manufactured 2007 as it appears on their website http://www.cosmeticlasersonly.com/detail.php?id=11178, for $27,000.00

I got contacted by Carlos Heneao and we signed detailed agreement. Per agreement OffLeaseLaser was to deliver us 2007 Cynosure Apogee Elite in new condition, the heads have 0 pulses for both 755 (Alex) and 1064 (Yag) nm wavelengths, full set hand pieces, new fiber, water kit and eye protection and service warranty.

About 1 month later I received a very different laser with a very different condition and not the one that I agreed to buy.

I Called 12/30/2015 to order lasers, signed contract regarding same, paid 20K and was told the rest would be financed. Company MIA now. Peter Gill Sales & Marketing Off Lease Only Medical Equipment OffLeaseONLYmedical.com Cosmetic Laser Specialist 470-277-1675 was the contact info for the rep who set up deal for my purchase of 2 lasers One an Evo 810 diode new 2016 unit, 1 year/ 5 million pulse warranty, with all attachments that come with device to use it properly as well as a Lumenis One Platform with universal handpiece, full set of filters, ND YAG, software dongly, cords etc with a 6 month warranty for parts and labor and a Dermapen with 20 tips as well as glasses, laser signs and promotional material for Evo.The total for both devices was 44,500. I made a down payment of 20K leaving 23,500 to be financed at which point Peter passes me on to: Norm Cohen Frontier Companies Bass Management LLC ePayment America Merchant Services Office (201)645-1226 Mobile (929)238-1673 Fax (201)591-9799 During financing part I was told my credit score was way below what I know it is and that he was trying to get things worked out. Long story short, I have not heard from either in terms of delivery, financing or what is going on after supplying all my banking info.My facility is expecting these lasers by the 11th and I can't even get a callback. I've notified my bank that I think I got ripped off big time and to work back the 20K. When I called the finance guy at one point asking about the financial stuff, he very curtly says "Don't get crazy here! We'll take care of it", and was super rude. Peter seemed very nice, but now doesn't seem to care. I called the main office today to find out serial numbers of the lasers, which I still have not received. I also asked about what kindof outlets I needed for the IPL and Sophia said I need to "google" it. I said " NO. YOU need to Google it. That's called customer service". Very frustrated and going to look pretty bad for me if these lasers are a "no-show" as well as getting my money back which my bank assures me will not be an issue, even if the guy cashed the check as the legalities could get him in huge trouble. Very frustrated and just want WHAT I was promised and on the Date it was promised 1/11/2016. At this point super disappointed and plan to contact Fl Attorney General and a possible scamming business.

Your Desired Resolution:

I want exactly what the contract promised, want to know what kind of outlet I need for the IPL and delivery by date promised. I also want a discounted price from what I was quoted related to the delay it will have in me performing treatments that would have generated revenue during the time that the lasers were supposed to be deliverd. I also want to know interest rate for the financed part which Norm seemed to hedge. I want to see a copy from Norm as to the results of my credit report HE received, as it does not coincide with any info I have about my credit score. This obviously could be a reason to crank up interest, IF I ever hear back from them.

These people a fraudsters

These people use fictitious company names and fake names. Peter Gills is really Samuel D Lehrer a man that should be rotting in jail for the amount of money he scammed innocent people. I have one of his dogs named Juan Osorio (who also uses fake names as well in my Case he was Carlos S and John Baker) recorded admitting everything, threatening to make up lies about my practice, and threatened my life. You can see all my evidence here:

I have previously posted on this forum regarding David Stern and Off Lease Laser and feel I need to update everyone on how dishonest this company is and how difficult it is to deal with them. I sent my Sciton Profile, fully functional, for an upgrade. We needed additional BBL filters and needed our Nd:yag head repaired. David Stern told me they could add a SkinTyte component as well. We sent in our laser in April, 2014 as well as $18,750. Mr. Stern sold our laser to another client, is unable to provide us with a replacement, sent us two lasers to use while he was looking for another Sciton (a quantum IPL with a cracked head and a Cutera Titan without a power cord...we ordered a power cord to try and use it and it had no shots). We spent $$$ on an attorney to try to get our laser back or financial compensation and discontinued these efforts due to the high attorney fees. We agreed after that to compensation of $30,000 (despite having sent in $18,750) paid monthly over 12 months in order to get something, and Mr. Stern then backed out of the deal. He is now threatening to post information about our practice that is negative in order to bully us into removing our on-line posts regarding his company, so we have had to contact the attorney general's office of consumer affairs in Florida as well as retain another attorney who practices in Florida. Do not do business with this company.
