After seeing the hundreds of complaints on line on how people never got merchandise or wrong merchandise after a long wait, I requested over a dozen times to cancel the order via their site, email and VM. No response at all....this is a common complaint I saw.
They ring up the sale and run. I contacted my CC issuer and filed a complaint, as well as bringing visibility to these scumbags on any other site I can find. They need to be put out of business.
