I was awarded my home in a divorce and had five years to remove my ex-husband from the loan. He did Quit Claimed the house to me years ago however I knew I had the five years looming over me. My ex-husband has threatened me for years he was going to make sure I would end up on the street and has been harassing me for years. I starting working with Ocwen from the beginning trying to find out ways to remove my ex-husband from the loan.

The first few years they told me my only option was to refinance. I could qualify for a refinance because of my single income, however, I was approved for a loan modification in the beginning phase of the divorce. The loan modification is at 2% fixed and my ex-husband refused to sign it on multiple occasions. His attorney at the time said he only would sign it if I were to drop the restraining order I had in place. The court eventually made him sign.

He expressed many times he would rather the home foreclose and put me and our children on the street. I have been reviewing this information with Ocwen for years. They finally told me I could assume the loan. I had been behind for a year when I had lost a job. They told me once I bring the loan current I could assume the loan. I did finally get the loan current however then they told me I needed to wait a year.

The final divorce decree gave me five years and that date will be the end of June. I have been paying for this home by myself for 10 years and have lived here for 20 years. I gave up all of my back child support and alimony, in turn, was awarded the home which at the time was upside down.

Every time I call Ocwen my call goes to India. They have provided me with incorrect information every time I call. I have a relationship manager that reads from a script when we speak. I have applied for a variety of programs they advised me to do... all for naught.

I was served by my ex-husband last week to force me to sell the home. I have nine more months before Ocwen will allow me to apply for the assumption. My ex-doesn't care because he wants me on the street. I once again called Ocwen and asked if there was anyone I could speak with in order to assume the loan before the year. I was on the phone for two hours on escalation number four and the man told me not to worry because I couldn't be forced to sell the house because Ocwen has a lien on it. I told him that is not correct and he argued with me trying to explain nothing that made sense. I told him that is what escrow is for... and he said what's escrow.

I have tried everything with them. There is equity in the home and if I didn't make the payments and they wanted to foreclose having my ex on the loan will do them no good. They would get their money. I tried to contact their corporate office and all of my messages went to their Ombudsman who I had already spoken to and got nowhere.

If I lose my home a one bedroom apartment costs more than my mortgage. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am now going to court in early June and might be forced to sell my home.

If Ocwen provided me with the correct information from the beginning I wouldn't be in this position. I have tried everything and they are the absolute worst company I have ever seen. Important matters like your home shouldn't be responded to by people who know nothing about what they are saying.

Sorry for the long description, however, I am beyond scared. Are there real people working in their office in Florida because there is no way to reach anyone but India.

If anyone had a similar issue reach out to me. On the same note if anyone has advice I need some right now.

I was approvevfor modification ,did the trial between october and december 2015, was told to continue making my payments ,april of 2016 i called in my payment and was told that my loan was sold to seterus no letter no notice , i ask for the phone number to contact seterus , they told me i was not in their system so i should wait couple weeks for them to get back to me ,i kept calling until may 2016they finally took 2 months payment from me for april and may , and told me they are still waiting for my papaer work from ocwen and that i should callocwen to forward my documents to onboarding which never happen they told me there was nothing to prove i got modify and should send them whatever paper work i have because ocwen only sent 3 pages to them. i have some copies which i over night to them , they told me the papers were not clear for them to read what was on it , during this time ocwen start filing foreclosure , while i am paying seterus and they sold the property to seterus , i did everything in my power to save my home but it was sold to fannie mae ,i reach out to the attorney general and found out there are over a thousand families going through the same thing with ocwen in florida, i need help because i now recently receive a notice that in 2 weeks i need to get out ,

I have been trying for two months to get ocwen to inform me why i was never notified of payment changes on my mortgage i was told that it changed in june of 2016 and again changed june 2017 never informed, now they want 3000.00 by 12/13/2017 I contacted the BBB of west palm beach fla but ocwen just sent me paper work about statements blah blah not one reason why i was never told my payments were changed a whole year before and not anyone said one thing so the 3000.00 amounted along with the payment this year until i was in the hole big time. This is just not good business ethics and every one you talk to is in another country india some where odd and they say the same information as the other ones, just so confusing and maddning i am totally up set tht this has happened and need some advice as to where i go from here to get ocwen to play fair!

This mortgage trusstee they say Deutsche Bank is a trustee of my mortgage, cant provide proof of standing the Wet signatures of ownership, Wet seignatures of howmeowners that to show their standing and right to foreclosure my home.

We bought our home in July of 2001, and we refinance it on 2005 with New Century mortgage, then that time Chase JP morgan was the servicer for New Century, then next thing we know when we delinquent on our mortgage payment started October of 2008 when I was in the process of my divorce. Chase was constantly calling to collect our debt. I managed to pay back the three(3) months behind. Then Started January or 2009 I started dealing with Chase and tried everything to save my house, I submit a hardship letting informing them that that only I can afford to pay and asking them to modified my mortgage since I was that time they declare I was the only owner name on the mortgage and not me and my ex. I started paying Chase $1500.00 every month and they accepted that payments up until October of 2010, they told me that all my payments was not applied to my mortgage. when I as where that money go they told me (chase) that they put it on a fund. The decline my modification and so I started seeking for help from lawyers to lawyers. One lawyers able to stop the eviction notice but at the end they only wanted to sale my home although they know all I want is to save my home for the sake of my kids and I. In 2013, I found this woman who helping me underwriting all my documents to fight for the court. Then find out later I am dealing with Ocwen servicer and Deutsche bank who I haven't heard before. I have been representing myself and fight to the court with Deutsche Bank lawyers. The reason I am reporting this now because I felt like its a dead end because judge and lawyers are ignoring the facts and evidence what we ask to them to prove to me who is my lender and who they acquire my note and mortgage the fact that New Century was filed bankcruptcy on 2005. We ask for the Original Wet signatures of the lender and Wet signatures of homeowners to prove their standing and right to foreclose my home. Judge Jeanne Castagnetti was denied my motion to dismiss all allegation towards me the fact that they cant provide the evidence that they have standing and right to foreclose my house. Please I really need some help and I cant really afford to the cost of lawyers and plus I don't know who lawyers I can trust and that is why I have been representing myself. SO IF ANYONE WHO READS THIS REPORT AND CAN HELP ME PLEASE I AM BEGGING TO HELP ME. I HAVE HEARING COMING UP ON THIS MONTH DEC.7 WHO THE PLAINTIFT MOTION ASKING THE COURT TO CONFIRM SALE. I don't know what to do next...

Ocwen failed to report mortgage payments in a timely manner and my credit score kept dropping as I was reported 30 to 60 days late over many months. I wanted to escape Ocwen with a VA Loan since I am a veteran with 4 years of Naval Service but according to VA guidelines I must have one year of on-time payments to qualify.

I feel that I am trapped by Ocwen and I really need some help but I don't know what to do. I am current on my loan now but they just dinged my credit report again saying I am late 30 days! My credit score should be 700+ instead of 560 which is just really pathetic.

Just recently I bought a new car and I am paying 600 a month instead of 400 a month because of my low credit score. It really is a big problem for me and it is costing me thousands of dollars every year that passes. I finally got fed up with Ocwen and made this report which is really an unusual thing for me to do.

I am Clint in Texas and I am reporting that Ocwen is ripping me off!

Ocwen Evil is justified in the state of Hawaii!!!!! They have stolen our home through sheer mob tactics. They control the money and own many servicing companies they also control. Even if you make all your mortgage payments and do everything they say, they will cut off communication at one point and delay timing so they can "auction" your property to themselves. You can pay the best lawyer to help you, but if they want your property for one of their elitist colleagues--you lose. The State of Hawaii justifies their evil and waited until they grabbed everyone's land before they clamped down on them. Ocwen avoided a jury trial they would

have lost by setting up binding arbitration (with all judicial parties getting a payoff I'm sure).

We were just trying to get a better interest rate on a $600,000 loan for our ranch they appraised twice at $1,250,000 . We did everything they asked and then they shut off communication and we were talking to some guy in India. By the time we paid people to connect to their main office in Dallas, they were only lying to us more. We wired them the $15,000 they asked for and they tried to claim they didn't get it. But money wired is traceable. We've been in litigation since. But Ocwen has so much money that the justice system is

bought and paid for. We were even approached by a man who worked on our governor's election committee who told us how to get our property back: There were two lawyers (one on Maui and one on the Big Island) who can do it for half our equity. This is how corrupt it is people. We are without our home because of the sheer greed of the elite. TWO WEEKS before our governor enacted a stoppage of all business by Ocwen in the state of Hawaii, Ocwen transferred our property to a Colorado millionaire who's husband (the source of her millions) was found dead at the bottom of the Pali. She inherited her dead husband's proprietary knowledge

from his Webroot software (capable of protecting your computer but also capable of infiltrating your computer) so powerful that he sold his company for 108 million dollars. Just think on that one for a minute. This woman is affiliate with Ocwen because the manipulation and fraud went on for her benefit. They even managed to downgrade the land value by half for the books. Now why would you cut land value from the current 2.5 million for 2.6 acres of residential land for a person worth 50 million unless it was an inside job?? Ocwen's greed knows no bounds unless it's for one of their own.

I have had a loan with Ocwen for a number of years and suddenly without contacting me or getting consent, they stopped the auto-payments on my loan. If it had not been for a paper that was left on the door of the property offering a face to face consult, I would not have even realized that I was late 2 payments. As soon as I found out, I made the payments and requested the research department to look at the problem and of course they denied my claim.

There are many things I do not get here, 1. when you have a person on auto pay, why on Earth would you cancel it? 2. Is it even legal to cancel something that affects someone so greatly without any contact method that insures the person actually received something? According to Ocwen they sent a letter in January, however I never received any such letter.

I am a business owner and in my business if we are making a serious change like that, we either get a consent signature in person, electronic signature, speak on the phone in a recorded call or at the very least send a certified letter, so that someone actually has to sign for it. I do not normally pay any attention to my bank statements unless my accountant needs it or I am applying for a home loan or the like and they request it. I keep money in that account, and my paycheck is directly deposited on the same day twice a month that Ocwen pulls the auto-pay for the mortgage on that house.

Long story short, I could have lost my house, but more importantly now, my credit is affected because I show late payments after 9 years of never having a late payment (because of auto-pay). I would have expected that to be a fool-proof system. The other thing I would have expected is Ocwen to do something about it based on the information above, however they refuse to amend my credit report.

Now after several more calls they they tell me they have nothing to do with the title ! Tell me they have no ideal who has the title and there is nothing more they can do . All I want is the title to the mobile home I have paid for

Ocwen has refused to modify my loan that is predatory with a interest rate of nearly (12)%. I do not know if the balance is principal or interest. Last March of 2016 NACA sent Ocwen a loan modification for an affordable monthly payment between $500 to 600. They kept asking me for the same paperwork over and over again. Come to find out after a month or so they were talking about another co-borrower on the loan who was never involved in the loan other then the origination of loan.

The loan modification was sent over several more times but was told by Ocwen that my stepfather had to sign loan modification papers in order to get the loan modification. I informed them he had been estranged nearly (20) years. Ocwen never did anything to resolve the problem and requested I get a Quick Claim Deed removing from the loan and off of the title.

While I was in the throws of the loan modification, Ocwen attorneys Brock & Scott continued to schedule auction sales in June, August and November of 2016 on my property which shouldn’t have been allowed.

Because of Ocwens negligence in not complying with the “National Settlement” lawsuit I was forced into Bankruptcy and made to pay them an unfordable monthly payment of $1,000 up to $1,600, which they have con me out of $5,000 in payments. However, use the excuse that they couldn’t do the loan modification because I was behind on the loan which would not be true since payments are being made on the loan.

A law firm did a search and found out were he lived and contacted him about the loan modification. He is elderly 81 years old and on a fixed income and can not afford any monthly payments on a small retirement income.

I went to all the trouble to get the Quick Claim Deed and to locate my stepfather for him to sign the paperwork removing him from the loan and title.

NACA sent another loan modification application to Ocwen with the "Quick Claim Deed" and they come back and say they can do the loan modification rambling something about they can't reduce my principal which is what the "National Settlement Lawsuits," the court and judge requires them to do.

These people meaning Ocwen are evil and should be ran out of business. They have harassed me ever since they took over my loan since (2011).

Criminally trespassing on to my property breaking locks, doors, windows and putting "Lock Boxes" on my doors. They have also cause me to loose my homeowners insurance by calling my own insurance company telling them to cancel my insurance policy and then turn around and put "Force Placed Insurance" on my property for (3) times the amount when I was only paying $800.00 with my prior insurance company before they called them.

I don't know who they are in cohorts with but they are well connected to be able to get away with all of this criminal activity.

Any of person did these unlawful acts would be put in jail or made to pay a fine. I blame the lawmakers for their behavior and the attorneys who refused to file cases against them and want homeowners io pay exuberant fees to them to bring legal actions.

It all started almost most 4 years ago when my mortgage was acquired in form of stocks via the NYSE instead of an actual mortgage because my previous lender went belly up.Within months the troubles with Ocwen started.A 7000 Dollar Escrow shortgage came flying into my house without explaination and up to today still no explaination, the lender is not the lender and the private investor per MERS.org probably has the faintest idea what is going on.My Hamp Mod was approved in order to have revoked. The lender who is actually not the lender is trying to push me into foreclosure and the goverment just is watching. Not to forgot former president Obama has given this company 682 Million Dollars as part of the bail out except none of the customers were bailed out. There are Millions like me out there.Where did all that money go?I probably filled out the Hamp Mod papers 25 times or more in order to be told told Hamp Mod was no longer an option.I cannot find a new lender.Maybe Quicken Loans can come up with an Ocwen Loan customer loan amnesty. While the fake Hamp Mod was partialy in place place the lender who is not the lender after all continued with the foreclosure proceedings.Lovely thing having your name publiced in the newspaper and then being charged for indirectly for the publication.Lets make America great again.

My rental home was a total loss. Tree fell across the house on 9/2/2106. Insurance company finally totaled the house once the tree was removed. They forwarded two checks to ocwen loan servicing since the checks were sent out on 1/26/2016 according to the insurance company. Finally received correct checks. One to ocwen to pay off the loan, and another check to cover the full amount of the insurance on 2/10/2017. Ocwen had placed the insurance on the house, so they were techincally the owner of the policy, even though i paid the premimums through my mortgage every month. Here is it 2/15/2017 and ocwen says they have the check to pay off the loan, but it is "in process". They claim to have sent the other check made out to me and them for my endorsement. When i spoke to one of their "representatives" in the loss draft department, they said that once the loan was paid off, i would no longer have an account at ocwen. So, they have the funds to pay the loan off, yet have not yet done so. They sent my check to me to be endorsed by me and returned to them. So, where is my money going if i no longer have an account with ocwen? After reading all the complaints on outscam.com, i am very fearful of endorsing a check back to them for such a large amount and them paying off the loan wirth the funds they hae retained. They claim that the money will be sent back to me.

To begin with, This is the first review I have ever written about a company. OCWEN became my loan servicing company many years ago. Almost instantly, the problems began. Initially, their accessibility to educated agents was cumbersome at best. Response times related to concerns were 1-2 weeks and rarely were the agents fluent in english. Almost exclusively were agents that were extremely difficult to understand-SUGGESTION TO OCWEN-HIRE FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING AGENTS. Long story short was that I tried to Refinance using the government programs that they advertised on their home page. Credit score was 800+ and NEVER A MISSED OR LATE PAYMENT IN 20 YEARS. I didnt meet their "criteria". Debt to income was 23%, LTV was high due to the crash of the housing market which their agents said was not an issue.

Strangely, this 4 month process was denied due to "lack of hardship", but the agents said "if you pay your mortgage 29 days late, it will show you are having difficulty and we can revisit after 12 months. I did as asked, only to get daily calls by their call center asking when I would make a payment. 1000's of calls over the years. After a few years, I reapplied for a modification again and was eventually told by their senior loan officer " are you kidding, you have never had a late payment (30 days), why would we possibly consider this for modification?" I said "read your notes, that was what your agents recommended". He cavalierly laughed and said, "thats how we make money, people like you". Please know that I was paying 10.5% interest at its worst. They never modified the loan and I never missed a payment. This was the single most disappointing experience I have ever had with a bank/mortgage company. I cant stress enough what a deplorable company they are, I strongly recommend avoiding them. I have asked for a response from OCWEN and have not heard a word.

My loan first originated with NovaStar Mortgage in 2000 for $99000, 100% LTV. NovaStar went under, and my mortgage was sold to Saxton Mortgage for servicing. I had a 2/28 adjustable rate mortgage @ 11.875%, with monthly payments of $989, which was not escrowed.

I contacted Saxton Mortgage in 12/2010, to apply for a loan modification to get a fixed monthly payment, as I became totally disabled as of 2009, and my income had dropped by 50%, knowing that it was a struggle to continue to make my monthly payments, plus pay homeowner's insurance and yearly taxes and insurace. I had never made a late payment at this time. Saxton told me I had to go 30 days past due in order to apply (violating the HAMP guidelines), but I did so. The HAMP loan application was sent to me mid Janurary but never recieved, so they overnighted it to me and I recieved it at the end of January. I completed the application and returned it to their office by the end of February.

As they were reviewing the application, they continued to ask for addional information, which I immediately would fax or email to them. I made a payment as a sign of "good faith", the only one they allowed me to make. The final document I sent to them, was my 2010 tax returns, which I had completed. By March 22, 2011, Saxton Mortgage had contacted me and told me my HAMP loan application was approved. However, as of April 1, 2011, my loan was in a group of loans that were being sold to Ocwen Mortgage, so they were not going to issue the HAMP documents for signing, or the 3 initial payment coupons to remit my 3 month "trial payments", and to contact Ocwen if I hadn't heard from them by the 4th of April.

I contacted Ocwen April 4th, 2011. They claimed other than having my name in their system, they had absolutely no documents, which I found strange, since my entire loan package was sold to them, and as per Saxton, was to have been put in the highest priority group of the groups of the sale. Ocwen then informed me that I would have to start the entire HAMP modification process over again. They were not willing to accept a copy of the complete file I had, stating that it had to be on their forms. Also, as a sign of good faith, I needed to make a payment to them, as an intent to retain my home which I did. Mind you at this time of acquistion, I was 90 days past due, and Saxton would not allow payments during the process.

So I completed their application, submitted all the forms that they requested. They continued to request updated documents. I am on Social Security Disability and Long Term Disability from my former employer. The tax return should have sufficed. The only thing they needed was one updated bank statement, which I provided. They denied me, stating I didn't qualify. The battle was on. This continued to stretch out between us, for months, and to my amazement, going through their portal, my lost file started showing up, piece by piece. However, the information about the approved HAMP, the need to contact me immediately so I could make a payment prior to April 15, 2011 never got scanned in. I even got in touch with Saxton Mortgage, but they didn't keep copies of the files once the servicing was sold off.

Ocwen threatened me with foreclosure. I met with the Clerk of Court assigned to the case, and the attorney representing Ocwen. The attorney admitted he had no information in his file, other than to show up to act on behalf of the Lender. I pled my case, along with a file folder 4" thick, and even allowed the attorney to make copies. the Clerk postponed the hearing and rescheduled for a later date. Both the Clerk and the Attorney for Ocwen were in agreement I was getting shafted. Prior to our next scheduled meeting, in August of 2013, Ocwen attempted to get me to sign a Shared Appreciation Modification Agreement, claiming that once again I had applied for the HAMP, and didn't qualify, but the Lender (who they refused to identify) had offerred this and I had better take it now or I would lose my home. I refused. So back to court we went.

The Clerk of Court, the Attorney and I had a head to head conversation. The attorney was hot, as he was unaware as to what Ocwen was doing behind his back. The Clerk was irrated, as this was the third time for a Pre-Foreclosure hearing, all at fault of the Lender. The final hearing was scheduled. Ocwen refused to work with me, because by this time I had involved the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the NC Home Retention Program. They (Ocwen) also had refused to allow me to make any payments during this entire process other than the initial payment of "good faith". as had Saxton Mortgage.

Backed into a corner, now at 22 months down on my mortgage, not willing to lose my home, I had no choice but to sign the Shared Appreciation Agreement offered to me in March 2012. Against my better judgement, I signed it, to save my home. The issue is, on page one of the agreement, it clearly states that no fees or charges (other than lates fees) can be added upon execution of the agreement. To date, $966.68 "Other Fees" have been added to my loan. I have contacted Ocwen numerous times, have gone through their research department and also through their ombusman's office, all to no avail.

As I noted previously, I borrowed $99,000 in 1990. Never missed a payment. My current balance with Ocwen? $101,816.72, with a balloon payment of over $28,000.00 due on 7/1/2030. "Shared Appreciation", they foregave $4800. When the balloon comes do or if I sell prior to that, depending on the appraised value, and confirmed documented improvements, they will wipe out the $4800. Sound like a good deal to you?

Ocwen bought my contract from another mortgage company that went bankrupt. I contacted them several times to refi my mortgage which was aproximately 8.5% and they refused for years to do so. I tried to communicate with them on other matters and they ignored all my calls and emails. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. It is impossible for a company to depict a worse behavior. Then mystrious charges starting showing up on my monthly payments and the my monthly fee was increased w/o any explanation.

When I finally found another company to do the refi, they went crazy with me by adding even more charges and fees. In the final month with them, they've sent me 5 bills with 5 different amounts, even proclaiming that I was behind in payments so that they can sabotage the refi. After closing they reimbursed me a substantial amount. I feel that this is the most evil company on the planet. I am glad to have left them behind. Good riddance! BTW, my new mortgage is approximately 4.5 percentage points lower.

IN 2010 i CLAIMED BANKRUPTCY AGAINST OCWEN FOR MY HOME. THEN US BANK WAS GIVEN OUR CASE WHICH OCWEN SIGNED OFF ON. IN COURT US BANK SIGNED OFF AND RELEASED OUR HOME BACK TO US FREE AND CLEAR. WHEN I WENT TO SELL MY HOME here in 2016 OCWEN WILL NOT RELEASE MY TITLE FREE AND CLEAR WITHOUT ME PAYING A HUGE AMOUNT FOR IT. how can ocwen not release it to me free and clear when they signed off on my home. i called them and they keep asking if i want to make a payment on my loan. i said there is no loan. it is free and clear in the courts, but ocwen says they still hold a open mortgage on my home. They are sneeky gave our home back to us and then took it back again some time between our bankruptcy and me finding out now.ocwen according to the court records gave us our home in bankruptcy and us bank signed off and gave it to us. so good luck if you went to court with your home in bankruptcy with ocwen. you might find out things aren't the way they appear in the courts. wish me luck i can get my free title to my home. still fighting them. ocwen is awful.

I have the same experience with what i read so far, I was a victim of Fraud with a mortgage company they said my house was less than what it was appraised for and what we got was what your call an ARM loan in which they can raise my interest rate as long as the loan exist, so ever 2months to 4month my monthy rate gose up and dowm I have asked for a Home Modifacation (5) times and (5) times I was turned down, they say I make to much money, the only reason for that is so I am not put out on the streets. When I Applied to other Banks for Refinance, they quickly asked if I am with fanny May or Bernie Mac and after telling them that I am not they simply tell me that thier is nothing they can do for me.

Ocwen Loan is an awful company.

Ocwen has made gross, negligent errors in their documentation and then said "sorry for any inconvenience this has caused".

Ocwen personnel treat the customer like garbage and their sole intent is to collect $ even when you have no payment due. This is evidenced in their documentation / letters of communication. For example, you may receive a letter in early August stating that your mortgage rate will increase in December. The letter will go on to state that you have a payment due on September 1st further urging you to make a payment when no payment is indeed due until September 1st.

Their call center personnel barely speak English and will deliberately try to confuse the consumer. I am guessing this call center gets paid by the minute, since the call center operator feels the need to repeat your name and every sentence back to you in order to make a simple phone call last as long as possible.

Ocwen has repeatedly lied and sent false and confusing documentation. Ocwen has manipulated documentation to their own benefit. Check your monthly statements and you will find gross, negligent errors which result in you having to pay more money than necessary.

Ocwen has added insurance premiums on numerous occasions on top of already paid insurance premiums where evidence of insurance was provided in advance, thus increasing the monthly mortgage amount.

Ocwen placed hazard insurance in the amount of over $5,000 onto my escrow account. I provided them proof of insurance. This caused my mortgage payment to increase by over $500 per month.

I have battled with them for a year now. I continued to make my regular monthly payments, withouth the additional $500 payment. They accepted my payments until May or 2014, when they sent the payment back, claiming I was behind, and claiming it wasn't the full payment, despite the fact that they accepted all previous payments.

I spoke to them several times (no one speaks English). They conducted numerous escrow analyses, which came back with still having the over $5,000 insurance amount. They finally, after phone calls, and certified mail from me, said I was correct, that they shouldn't have placed the insurance, but still would not accept my payments.

We agreed on a repayment plan. But everything with them takes a lot of time to accomplish. When they finally e-mailed me the repayment agreement, it had the correct terms that we spoke of, however, the borrower's name was not mine, the property address was not mine, the loan number was not mine.

I immediately e-mailed them back for them to correct it. And I called them. I was told it would take time to correct. I was also told that my repayment agreement hadn't been approved, although, I was told days before that it had been, and that's why they e-mailed it to me. They have a habit of saying one thing, and doing something completely different.

When I finally got my so-called relationship manager on the phone, she said we would do a new repayment plan. When she did her calculation, she came up with a higher monthly payment than was previously agreed upon. When I asked why so much higher, she told me because of the insurance escrow, which I was told time and time again, that that was resolved, and now here we were back to square one.

I am livid. After arguing with them, they apparently found my proof of insurance, because they took it off AGAIN. They were supposed to send me a new repayment agreement with our agreed terms, minus the $5,000 in escrow, and I have been waiting 2 weeks, with many phone calls by me to them asking where is it. They keep telling me they will send it in a day or two.

They have charged me over $2,400 in late fees, which I don't feel I should have to pay, because it is they who are refusing to accept my payments.

And if that wasn't enough, they are reporting to the credit agencies that I am 150 days late, and that foreclosure proceedings have started.

I am at my witt's end with them.

Constant phone calls up to 10 times or more daily. Even if you already talked to someone that day.

Unwilling to drop false charges, such as: Property inspections (when no one ever comes to the said property).

Waste of paper: Sends paperwork through regular mail and also sends the same thing certified mail. Sends 2 copies of everything 1 of each one on the loan. such a waste!

Hires non speaking or broken speaking English. Sometimes the people aren't even located in the United States.

We need to keep the jobs in the United States and maybe we wouldn't be in the shape that we are in. Give those call positions to people who live in the United States.

Appointments made with a gentleman named Mr. Winters and yet have ever talked to this said person. When you call in you have to talk to whom ever answers and will not transfer you to a person whom you can understand and is willing to really help you out.

Just a very rude company to work with and no options to help you get back on track when you have had a decrease in income.

We now find ourselves in a very tough and stressful situation. This is potentially forcing us to leave our home of 8 years, through no fault of our own.

We originally bought our home 2007 and placed it on our children’s property. (at 6023 Windy Ridge Rd, Shingle Springs, CA) We were hoping to help raise our new granddaughter, and to be there for their support. Unfortunately our children divorced two years ago. Our daughter and granddaughter moved off the property, leaving the ex-son-in-law to control his home and destiny. He was terminated from his employer 2011 and hasn't held a steady job since. Though we retained council and assisted in securing him a mortgage modification in 2013, (with OCWEN Mortgage) he defaulted again approximately 12 months ago. In fact his mortgage was already in foreclosure proceedings, and we were not even made aware of this until June of this year! When confronted, he told us not to worry; that he would obtain the money to catch up on his payments. (Approx $30K) Unfortunately that did not happen, and his property (which our home sets on) is being sold via trustee sale. (if it is not already sold)

*Furthermore, the mortgagee for this property/OCWEN is using our home and site improvements, in their overall increased valuation of the property! *We live here via a temporary family medical hardship permit with El Dorado County. Any new buyer will not have the use of this permit; we cannot remain here if the property owner is not “family” El Dorado County will force the property owner to move the home/our residence from their land. (and we will be forced off the property) *I have confirmed this with the El Dorado county planning dept/apn: 091-08028-200. The real property @ 6023 Windy Ridge Rd is being sold by Trustee Western Progressive LLC. (TS No.: 2014-07982-CA) We have our own address which is 6021 Windy Ridge Rd.

We have been advised by our attorney, that it is possible OCWEN Mortgage could try and claim that our home actually belongs to their property, as it is attached to it. Furthermore, our own Mortgage Co. (21st Mortgage Corp) would have the legal right to demand payment; even attach our paychecks to collect payment, on a residence WE CANNOT LIVE IN.

*We have over $100,000 in cash invested here. (Excavation, utilities, septic, 60 ft. deck, garage, front porch, well upgrades…) We put everything we had in this property, and now potentially find ourselves threatened with an eviction notice, and a beautiful home we CANNOT live in. We no longer have the cash needed to relocate this home, nor the set up costs involved to purchase another property for it. Believe us, this was NEVER our intention: I have worked for 47 years and never collected unemployment! We have always done things the right way.

*FHA and conventional lenders both, no longer offer financing to relocate manufactured homes. It would cost $30,000 to dis-assemble, move and set up our home again; not including cost of land, site costs, utilities etc. Our own mortgage company (21st Mortgage corp) will re-finance to include these new costs; but ONLY with us paying a new $11,162 broker fee and 8% loan interest; which makes a $235K mortgage cost us over $2000 a month... with traditional rates of approx 4% these days. We can not pay this, nor should we be forced to... the only option is to just "walk away" from our beautiful home and default on the mortgage. We are not made this way and desperately want to do the right thing.

We feel we are being ripped off by BOTH of these giant Mortgage Corps. (not to mention our ex son in law) We feel desperate and without hope. At 64 years old I should be ready to retire; not faced with this this impossible struggle. We are looking for ANY options, advice or someone to turn to.

Thank you for listening, Jim and Pat Goodman

Ocwen and it affiliates stole our house of 23 years by fraud and false records also ocwen bought my loan in 2012 and acted like they new nothing about the house being forclosed on when they were the ones intiataiting this process

also they charged off my debit in which I was current and moved some one else in, the person who has claimed to have bought the house never completed the transaction, the house is still in my name

contacted several lawyers and found they all are apart of this scam, also ocwen is on no records recorded as our servicer

or mortgage holder and according to mers this mortgage is in active this loan is in a servicing pool with over 1000 inverstors a rimic no one has the original note or deed and now sterns lending is the last recorded document stateing I and mers gave it to sterns where did they come from I have no contract with sterns. what justice system is in place for us citizens in the right ocwen lawyers are not addressing this and not responding to any certified letters sent.

this is complicated to some because i was current with my mortgage and still was able to get house jacked.

this is now become crimal and I will be continuing to persue this scam and bring all this crimals to justice.

After losing my job in early 2014, I applied to Ocwen for a loan modification. My Relationship Manager (John Cruz) informed me that my application for a modificaiton would not be considered, since I was not late on my mortgage payments. Ocwen would only consider a modification if my payments were late. Since I would have to have a modification to avoid foreclosure, I stopped making my loan payments on time and incurred several 60-day lates.

In July 2015, my modification was finally approved. I received a trial modification schedule which indicated I should not make another payment until the September 1st payment was due. I made this payment during the last week of August.

Last week I found a house for sale that was considerably smaller and cheaper than my current one. Since I had begun working again, I decided to apply for financing. But I didn't qualify for anything because of the late payments Ocwen had forced me to make in order to qualify for a modification. In addition to pushing my mortgage FICO score to under 580, the late payments disqualify me for every type of loan available.

The upshot of all this is that I'm stuck in a property I can't afford on the long term, but Ocwen's modification methods prevent me from selling it, paying them off and buying a home worth about 50% less. I have requested that Ocwen remove the late payments, as I feel it was unfair to force me to trash my own credit score by making late payments. But I have not received any response at all.

Where can I begin? This mortgage company also previously known as american home mortgage has only the investors in mind. They will gladly offer you a loan modification when they make a clerical error in your escrow account. Mind you the modification requires you to be at least two months past due to complete. I had never been late on a payment but took their advise and proceeded since they made a 10,000 mistake. They also promised to lower my payment.... Not a terrible thing either right? Well 4 weeks later and 2 months behind they presented a modification at a higher rate than before, a higher payment and then told me I could foreclose...

Not an option... I don't want to destroy my credit and create further housing issues. Good news I'm $4000 behind on my mortgage and my rotate went up 350 a month.... Thanks Ocwen... It gets better they recommend we sell the home and they will help us out with a short sale to prevent a foreclosure. We listed our house and got an offer within $2000 of the payoff which according to the bbb that's very fair. They declined and said we were misled again.... Imagine that. My recommendation to those who follow hire an attorney! That will be your only resolution with this company from India! I guess That's why they changed their name to an acronym since american home mortgage didn't fit.

We are the victims of Ocwen/Wells Fargo mortgagers. We tried for the past 9 years to get a loan modification through these people. We never were able to speak to anyone in the US. I could never understand what the representative was saying. We sent numerous financial documents over the years. We would call to check on the progress and would be told they never recieved the information or it wasn't put in the computer. We went back and forth with them also they lost the note to our property and would never provide proof of who owned our loan. We are close to $90,000.00 upside down on our property. They told me it would be cheaper for them to auction the home versus a loan modification. If anyone looks at the Internet these people have destroyed peoples lives and their finances and credit!! Left thousands homeless but claim they help Homeowners. It's very sad that nothing is being done with these companies, all they get are slaps in the wrist while we suffer and they pull their cars into the driveways that they stole from us and we are told so sorry! Even our local courts aren't even on the citizens side to make these companies step up and help the very people that are that counties tax payer. Our lives are ruined and not even your local politicians do nothing. It's to much to keep people or families in their homes. It's easier to ignore it and kick them out. How horrible and sad!!!! We will be homeless soon along with the other thousands that have been ignored!

Ocwen Loan servicing company purchased our mortgage. We had no idea they purchased until we

went online to make our payment. This company has caused us to have late fees and penalties on

our taxes. They have our money in Escrow but do NOT pay on time.

My husband and I our both tired of having fees we are not responsible for coming out of our

escrow account. today I spent 4 hours on the phone with Ocwen and talked to seven agents!

agent number four hung up on me! Agent number seven said she will fix this issue, I have very

little if any confidence in her.
