Seller sells on eBay, Amazon, and others, and sells musical instruments, accessories, and sunglasses mostly. I ordered an accessory for my guitar gear and paid immediately via PayPal. Seller stated in his auction the date it would arrive by and he sent an electronic notification to the USPS to expect the package for shipment, thereby generating a tracking number. After days there was no package dropped off and, of course, no tracking movement. I smelled a rat right away. I communicated with the seller, however the communication was mostly one way. The seller stated that the package was dropped off and the USPS must not have scanned the box. After eleven days (avg shipping time is about 3 to 4 days from FL to my state), still no package and a case for resolution needed to be started with eBay and PayPal to get my money back. Seller stated he would refund my money but didn't. A closer look at this seller's feedback and I realized I haven't been the only person to experience a fraudulent transaction. Why is this type of repetitive behavior allowed on eBay and PayPal? One would think that just after one incident like this, that would be enough to be banned from the sites.
