A woman called me about earning extra money in my spare time. I thought that would be a good idea as I waited a little late in life to start saving for retirement so am really trying to find ways to add to that account besides the percentage out of my paycheck. Quickly, a smooth talking and fast talking salesman got on the line and quickly had an answer for every question or objection I had.
He was good. He had me thinking so quickly in so many directions that I didn’t even know what I would put on my website that they were "building” for me. They promised that they would lead traffic to my site and I had purchased the extra package for the click ads, so I could make money any time someone clicked on an ad to take a look at it.
They said they would provide the ads as well and I’d have a personal 24/7 coach available to me at all times. I read the contract after it was sent to me, AFTER, of course, they had taken my money, and something in my gut didn’t feel right. It said in the contract that you have 3 days to cancel and receive a refund so I emailed requesting my refund, twice, and they ignored me.
I had to call my bank for a refund and so my bank gave me a refund and will investigate the company from here on out. Afterwards, I got online to see if there were any scam reports on this company and I was shocked to read all that I did! I’m so glad I canceled and got my money back! I can’t imagine going through what some of these other victims are going through!
We invested over $2100 in setting up the website. It has been up for nearly a month with no sales being made. We were told that Ocotillo would provide us 20,000 referrals to our website for a $1000, out of the $2100 plus.
Today we had a 20 minutes plus telephone conversation with a man who called himself a network solutions person for Ocotillo. Finally he told us that his company would need anywhere from $2500.00 to $10,000.00 from us for a marketing campaign.
We had been asking for sometime how traffic would be directed to our website. We were led to believe that the referrals would be the directing traffic to our website. This has not happened.
We paid 400 dollars for a wesite that was to be an Ebay store. after that we got calls that we had to pay 5,500 for leads and traffic to be funneled to our site. We paid 3250 to date and although they promised it would pay for itself in 30 days we have not made a dime. The web site is poor quality you cant even comment on the articles they put on it. We have not had any traffic referred to the site. They called today today to tell us they needed another 1500 for the leads to actually be released. They appear legitimate but only string you along milking you for more money.
I spent over $3,000 and in over a year I have not made any money ant all they will not return calls and when you finally speak with some one they are very nasty
How do I get my money back doe s any one out there know that.

I got into this Web page Scam in October 2018. I have spent more than $2500.00. They said it was a pay by click on Amazon and Ebay service. It actually sounded to good to be true but I thought this could be a good way to make some extra money. They said I would make my money back within a month and they would pay for advertising for three months if I didn't see any progress they would cover three additional months for free if I bought a certain package. I haven't seen a single penny. No one has contacted me in months by email, phone or otherwise until I cancelled my credit card and they are not receiving my monthly payments anymore for a service they are not providing me. I got an email stating that my payment was missed due to credit card failure. I'm not even going to call them back. They had a fast talker that talked me into this mess that was a total rip off I cant get my money back and I'm stuck holding the bag with all the extra bills now that I don't need. I work too hard to get ripped off. Click and earn money "NOT" it doesn't pay. I had one guy tell me you've already jumped in why not spend more money! I hung up the phone and cried! I changed my phone number cancelled all of my credit cards. I'm done! It's A RIP OFF! I should have known better.
I have spent 300+ with Ocotillo Marketing and made several phone calls for assistance and No returns on the emails, they did not set up the website like they i paid for@ i want my d**n Money back!!! i signed papers stating i can get my money back and i want it back asap

they have contact me in months and i havent been receiving anything returns in profit from them. you guys,are thiefs and i want a refund.
