The order I placed is late. I have to wait literally hours on the chat to connect with someone. When connected, they have no info for me. You can't get through on the phone and they don't respond to emails. My son moves into his dorm next week and I have absolutely no idea if he will have bedding. I have asked for a supervisor to call and no one ever does.
Ordered on the 4th of August, still waiting on tracking. My email request got kicked back to me as undeliverable. I tried Chat, not available. On hold for over 2 hours and still waiting for someone to pick up.
I requested an automated call back still waiting 4 hours later. I am not even convinced this is a real company. My suggestion is to shop online with a reputable bedding company (Bed Bath and Beyond etc) and avoid this HORRIBLE company. Next call is to the Bank to stop payment.
Applied a coupon to order and then took off the coupon after I confirmed the order on my receipt causing a 50.00 extra charge. I called and immediately requested cancellation of the order and informed them there is no way I could trust them now. They replied I do not see the order when I gave them the order number. I must not be in the system yet. Call back tomorrow and see if it in it.
I insisted to cancel the order and she said she would not. It may take over 24 hours to see the order. This is a contradiction to yesterday when she said it would ship the same day I ordered it. How can it ship the same day if they can't see it for over 24 hours? This place is a scam. BEWARE!!!!! Local law enforcement will be contacted to look into the fraud.
