I worked their 2 days and never saw one car hooked up to alignment rack I asked other service writer John about when the wheel alignments get done and he laughed and told me usually 2nd Tuesday of next week. John quit 2 days latter. Hires Service writers and expects them to upsell unneeded parts doesnt pay service writers wages owed he hired me for 1500 per week I knew it wasnt for me after 2 days plus i pulled my back out. I sent him a text explaining that and he never responded when I finally did get paid I received 200 basically minimum wage. I told him maybe all his service writers quit because they dont want to steal for him and get stolen from him. Rob who claims to be a christian then informed me he made 350,000 last year I know what i am doing. I replied yep thats why you cant keep a service writer, have to be at your shop 11 hours a day ,cause no one wants to work for you.Rob had to pick my poickets for 300 dolars a week before xmas I am also a single father and told me take it or leave it so i took it cashed the check and decided to tell my story to save some people some heart ache and grief and maybe teach him a lesson about the golden rule. I also FEEL I should say something about the way he Berates and Abuses Danny that works in the back for him. This kid really works hard and tries and is ran in 20 directions at once and Rob yells at him and blames him for everything. also if you have been doing business there for a while and you trust him rob will pick your pockets and change as many parts as possible to run up the bill be really careful if he tells you your a good customer orvalued customer that means your a lay down and will buy anything a MOOCH.--
I worked at Ocellos Automotive for 2 days after witnessing services not being performded that where charged for or where promised with purchase of tires. A Free lifetime wheel alignment was supoosed to be performed I never saw it done once shop sold probaly 8 sets of tires in 2 days. After questioning other service manager John he told me almost never he couldnt rember the last time a FREE alignment was performed with installation of new tires. I hurt my back and was not able to go to work the next morning so I sent a text and never got a response Rob was supposed to go on vacation for ten days so I figured I wouldnt bother him for my pay until her got back. But he never went because his other service writer quit a week or 2 before his other service writer had quit. So I contacted Rob by text again and he did not reply. So I called the shop and asked if he was receiving my trext messages and he said no I just got first one today. so he had thought i just didnt call or show. so I sent him copy of all texts taking a picture with my sons phone so he knew I wasnt lieing. Bottom line instead of paying me 1500 per week as agreed and i told hin I felt bad it didnt work out I said give me like 400 he paid me minimium wage 200.00 told me taker it or leave it. I told him the reason he couldnt keep any help is he didnt pay them he replied i made 350,000 last year I know what I am doing. I said you make 350 k and you need to pick my pockets for 200-300 a week before xmas your a real piece of work. Bottom line if you are gettiong your car serviced at Ocellos or working their you are getting RIPPED OFF
