Oceanpoint was managing two of my properties. They 1) failed to pay me the rent from one property (less the 10% management fee) beginning in January until I terminated there services in April. 2) did not pay me the rent for a second property which was leased on Nov. 1, 2017 through April 2018. 3) misled me about the rental status of the second property, claiming that it was not rented until January. They claimed that they were trying to send me rent by ACH and the transfers were failing. We agreed to cancel our property management agreement, and they were to send me the rent in total by check. I have not received a check from them.
