Absolutely do not order from oceanbridge.com. I placed 2 paints, one of them never showed up and the other came with the wrong painting and they have NOT been helpful in fixing the issue. They wanted me to return the incorrect item, get a refund (which I have heard people have had many problems with not getting refunding) and place an entirely new order!!! When I went to place a new order for my originally item, it was not longer on the website. So sad. So upsetting.
I have never written a review for anything before but I am so angry at oceanbridge.com right now that I had to find a site where I could warn people about them. So I fell in love with a painting from oceanbridge.com and I ordered it 14 weeks before Christmas because I wanted it for a party to be displayed. The painting was late and I had to pay $25 at the door because the shipping was to Canada. That was a huge disappointment since the painting was already super pricey. The painting is NOTHING like what it looked like on the website. The quality is so cheap to the point where the material was all see through and stretchy in all the wrong areas. All in all, I had a terrible experience with ocean bridge, I will never order anything from them again.
Bought two paintings from oceanbridge . com and at the first place I am a bit confused because the reproduction will online take 1-3 weeks online but I said on my mind it might be possible if the artist is expert but I am very surprise in just 2 week the paintings arrived all the paintings are 100% prints! Second, that is why the reason it only takes 2 weeks only and we have received the paintings unlike the other store it takes 6-8 weeks for the complete reproduction. Be aware and make sure that you are on a correct store to buy painting online not like this shop! Also after you make a purchased and you have any complaint, you can’t do that because they do not provide phone number and email address.
The painting are all non-standard sizes, meaning frames you buy elsewhere won't fit. Everything is slightly under or over a normal frame to try to force you to buy theirs, which massively increases postage. They reproduce the painting by themselves, so there's no excuse.
I ordered three paintings and the very same day I cancelled because I saw reviews on how terrible they were. They kept saying that they couldn't cancel and it was in "production." I kept asking to show me proof that it was in "production" and they could not show me anything showing that had started it. I had to reach out to my credit card company and they are helping me dispute it. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
