Ocean Blue has a promotional incentive, buy one month, get one month fre of unlimited carwashes. In Aug 2020, I signed up. Only to discover in Oct 2020 that Ocean Blue had set up recurring payments on my debit card. I had no knowlege or gave no consent.
Cut my brand new tire. Won’t do anything about it let alone refund me the money for the services I won’t be using. They’ve ruined a lot of people’s cars and keep getting away with it. Someone PLEASE look into this operation. Someone can get severely hurt here.
They’re super rude as well, won’t get back to you until a week later and say “you should have told us earlier” just their way of getting out of it. I just want everyone to know how much this place sucks!!!!! You would be better off washing your own car-it would save you the damages
