Product made me sick
It has been over a month & 28 emails later, no refund of any kind. This is not a defect but most likely poor quality in the glue used to adhere the sheets of sparkly material. Don't but here please. My shoes were sticky with glue that was still not set during 3 weeks of shipping. The smell made me sick & dizzy!
I followed all instructions and returned sticky, smelly shoes to the address given, I originally paid a total of $42.46 & the reply was that they wanted to subtract the original S & H, crazy. Even crazier, they also offered to pay 10% for me to keep the shoes that were smelling up my home!. Not going to let this go, they got the wrong one!
The worst shopping experience
This is the worst shopping experience I had in my life. I ordered two purses, but one is defective and the other one is a wrong item ( they sent me another purse which I don’t like the style).
Their return policy says return shipping is refundable if it is quality related issue. What I received were a bad quality bag and one wrong bag, so I thought my order is definitely qualified for free return shipping . However, their CSR pushed me to keep the purses, telling me that I have to pay international return shipping and custom fee if I insist to return the purses. After some negotiations, they still don’t want to pay the return shipping. They even begin to ignore my email, not replying me.
I really don’t recommend to buy purses from this website. Their quality is terrible, not worth the price. Their customer services sucks. You barely can get any help, since they would try to ignore your request.
I ordered the handbag in October and paid for by CREDIT CARD courier delivery to my physical address in South Africa. They have not delivered the item. When tracking the order I see the status is "Delivery Failed".
This is a scam - I have had a similar incident with another internet online provider of clothing. Their response is to check with the post office - however I did not provide a post office nor did I pay for the item to go to the post office.
Do not use this site nor purchase anything from them - it is a scam!
