Look at various reviews on this establishment on yelp for the former name I Clean or Oak Creek Cleaners you will see the same types of reviews. My issue was that I had a large dry clean order that I unfortunately took in with a rather expensive sweater cost about $245.00 that that the company either stole or lost and the When I picked up the order the employee said that she miscounted the items that I brought in I said she was incorrect and that I was missing a sweater that I brought in to have cleaned. I also brought in a shirt to have a button to be replaced which they never completed as well. After point out their mistakes to the person to whom took the order original I was told to call the owner which I did. After calling the owner he claimed that he had video tape footage showing that when I brought the items in for cleaning that I never included the sweater in the items to be cleaned. When I asked to see the video tape the owner claimed that he no longer had it available. He also claimed that the employee that took in the items supposedly miss counted them which included the sweater. I asked for a refund of the sweater but he wouldn’t budge. I my personal opinion, this is a classic example of a City of Irvine Boiler-Room Business and another valid fact that the City of Irvine is not the safest city in America if they allow business that have had a long history of blemishes in their city to continue do business in this fashion.
