Originally I enjoyed working for this company. I felt very comfortable about not losing my job as I have epilepsy and it causes me to possibly miss a few shifts. That was discussed when I was hired and I was assured it would be no issue, and it never was,until. I noticed the managers started being more and more hateful towards me and treating me very unfairly, such as making snyd comments to anything I did or said, nothing was good enough ever! I was one of the hardest worker there in fact the well I got fired I had clocked out with 117 hours, btw a lot of those hours are missing on my paycheck.I had bartended the night before and had to open the next morning.
I over slept a little bit, I called to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late I overslept they proceeded to hang up on me before I could finish speaking. I show up only 14 min late. I was then pulled into the office and yelled at and was sent home on suspension for 7 days. I receive a phone call on the 6th day stating I needed to come in for a meeting. I come into the meeting early. I was pulled into the office and terminated on grounds of missing too many shifts and having too many write ups.I had only received two write ups, keep in mind there are several other employees who have dozens, also can show up 30 min late walk out mid shift multiple times and there are no reprecautions. Also the managers them selves have repeatedly shown up several hours late.
