I wanted my medical recorders for something and found out the the Dr H lied in my records. I called this afternoon said I would get a call back by 4:16 as they told me ten minuets found out that the ones working on it did not have all the information so they did not even call me to tell me that.
These people and their organizational skills were horrible. I had cancelled an appointment, which they said that I had not. As a result, I was informed via letter that my next appointment was canceled and that they were no longer going to see me. I then received a bill in the mail charging me for the appointment I canceled and the next appointment - which they had already dropped me by. I called on a few occasions and to refute the charges and got nowhere. I finally paid the bogus bill due to their threat of sending me to collections. 12 days after they had cashed my check, I get a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed money to them as they were collecting for Nystrom. So, now not only did they take my money on bogus charges, they have damaged my credit score.
