This company contacted me to sell ads on my website. I earned $11,242.10 . At the moment the first payout should take place, they stop to communicate. If you asked them and reminded them you will not get an answer. So there business model is to ask publisher to user there ads and then don’t pay them. Don't use this company if you want to get your money! I will start legal actions against them if they not paying me in the next 2weeks.
I was contacted by a sales representative with NW3 Media looking to recruit new publishers to join advertising network. After many conversations to establish CPM rate and implimentation we decided to give them a trial run. They intially asked to hard code their tags, but beacsue of technical issues we opted to implment using our ad manager software. Based on intial results the ads were working properly and we ouperformed every perfomance thrsehold. Everyhting seemed to be working, except when it came to collecting our first payment (terms of payment was 30 days). Since they were a new advertiser to our site, we decided to pause the campaign until first check arrived, but when we kept asking about payment, they stopped responding. The agreement provided us with a 80/20 split (80% going to us), and based on their reporting we were owed $12K for advertisments served on our site. After continuing to request payment, we still got not respons, and a few days later they closed our account. This company took advantage of the terms of payment, and rather than payout what was owed, kept 100% of the revenue. As a small business, this type of gap in cash flow as a result of no payment is difficult to absorb, and we hope no one else has to suffer through the same situation. It would also be nice to see this company not be able to recruit any new publishers, and also see existing partners leave.
