I want to warn people and dietitians about this company.
This companies software is not transferable, in the case if your laptop is stolen, fails, or if your looking to upgrade. The license it tied to your PC or laptop. Basically if anything happens you have to purchase the product again. Before I purchased I specifically asked what happens if I want to upgrade my laptop. They never gave me a clear answer however they sent me a pdf which I was lead to believe these were instructions. They offer a membership after 1 yr. purchase for $300 annually; which means you get to call them if you need anything. The membership fee doesn't make sense for what it offers. They also state that they have 2 free upgrades I never seen them.
My supervisor whose in the same predicament has never had an upgrade. She use's a PC and a laptop because she wasn't' able to transfer to her new PC.
I upgraded laptops just over a year after purchase. I looked at the pdf they previously sent me and realized it mentioned nothing about transferring the software.
I called to ask for assistance and they wanted to charge me $300. They can only assist my via email if I cant pay the 300. They kept referring me to their FAQ which are not user friendly, their email are confusing they address you by a staff members name. I have close to 100 emails. No resolution they wanted me to pay $100 to help me over the phone. I refused. Finally they agreed to a zoom call to assist me and soon after their software failed on my new laptop.
Stay away from them there are programs that offer the same thing but are transparent and offer lifetime customer service and are able to transfer the program.
