This company NutriCelebrity had unethical, dishonest, immoral, very unprofessional business practices towards me as a customer. I am someone who uses quite a few supplements daily. I also help other people find and purchase their supplements. Four days after I placed my order I got an email saying my order shipped.
I was not too happy with the delay since I thought the order was already on its way. But at least it was on its way to me now. The next day I get an email saying the order was canceled. Uhh...what? Why would it be canceled? And how can it be canceled when it already shipped? I immediately called their company.
Right out of the gate I was lied to when I called in about my order. I asked for a supervisor and was put on a brief hold and then Brooke, a supervisor got on the line. But I later found out Brooke was NOT a supervisor at all. Lie number one. Lie number two, saying my order has shipped when it actually did not ship at all.
I asked why it was cancelled and was told they did not have the full inventory to complete the order. Well, send what you have then right? Or at least be professional and call a customer and let them know what is happening! The fake supervisor Brooke was nice telling me what I wanted to hear. She "acted" like she cared.
I told her how very important this supplement was for medical reasons. She assured me she would handle it and take care of this for me. She had no right to even say this since she did not have authority to fix the problem. And she later admitted this very thing to me saying; she was only customer service not a supervisor. So you pretended to be a supervisor??
When I spoke with her a second time she said she would work on this and call me back. I waited patiently for her call, I was trusting her, as a "supervisor" and also as someone who cared, that she was working on this. After two and a half days I called back and surprise, surprise she was not working on this as all!!
She had forgotten all about it and told me so. She then admitted to me the main reason why the order was canceled was because they pricing that I got for the supplement was a computer error and they could not honor it and would not honor it. Are you kidding me??? I wait ALL this time patiently for this order and I get lies and your mistakes and then you don't even try to make it right?
I'm a brand new customer and they didn't care at all. Brooke knew how important this supplement was for medical reasons and never cared enough to follow through! This company did not care at all and it was totally obvious they way they treated me! It was your mistakes NutriCelebrity and you take it out on me, the customer??
I was told a manager would call me back and she never did either. What kind of business does not honor a price when it was their mistake??! Then have the nerve to say the order shipped when it did not, and then cancel it! The supplement I bought said it was on sale. And the pricing was reasonable for being on sale. Other companies have sales all the time.
Yet this company would not honor the price I BOUGHT it for? Then never call me about canceling the order. This company put me through hell. They lied and made so many mistakes. And instead of doing the RIGHT, HONEST thing, instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes and owning up to them (don't legit, honest companies do the right thing?), NutriCelebrity chose to be greedy and shady with me.
I have never in my life had a company lie so many times or be this unprofessional, shady and greedy towards me as a customer. Their business practices with me as a customer are unbelievable! If it wasn't so pathetic how they condone their unprofessional and shady behavior towards me as acceptable; it would be comical.
In my opinion there are many amazing, trustworthy businesses for me to buy supplements from. After what NutriCelebrity put me through, I will never try and buy from them again. The joke is on them. They would have had me as a customer and so many other people I would have brought them who each use 2-5 supplements every month for years to come.
Hmm easy math how much monthly profit that would bring them. But of course, be greedy and cancel my tiny order because of your pricing error. Lose me and others as customers. Lose monthly profit from us as customers instead. Because that makes total sense! LOL
