I recently purchased a set of four genuine NutriBullet jars (a party-pack) from the original manufacturer. I didn't check the box contents until today, around 70 days after original order. The jars sent me are the wrong size - they are too small. There was no mention of an alternate size on their web site when ordering a Nutri-Bullet product from the Nutri-Bullet company.
I emailed them yesterday to request an RMA number so that I could return them and offered to pay the difference to order the jars that were the correct size. Copied below is my email to the manufacturer:
Good day;
I just today opened the box from my order intending to use one of the "jars" only to find that they are too small for my Nutri-Bullet. I'd like to return these please and exchange them for the correct size. I am happy to pay the price difference if there is one.
Could you please send me an RMA number?
I got this reply from Brianne Gondola at Nutri-Bullet today:
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a return authorization because your account has exceeded the 30-day money back guarantee.
I have four brand new, sealed polycarbonate Nutri-Bullet jars that are in the original box, in the original packaging. This "customer service" is simply disgusting treatment of customers. The cost including shipping was around $30 dollars give or take but its not a matter of the money. It is the principal of the detestable treatment of paying customers.
