On May 1,2018, Crislen G. Bernadas Moore AKA Yurie Moore - Nutraway System Inc.(multi level marketing) came to my place and asked me to help her to Seattle to recruit people for her business since I used to live there. She told me that I need to be a PRETEND consultant and asked my social security number and birthdate. I asked her why do I need to give you my personal information when this is only a PRETEND, she said that it is a normal process of being a consultant. She also asked for my debit card and debited my account for $2,242.00, again I asked her why do I have to pay when I am not part of the company, she said you are not paying because I am giving you a check (post dated June 15,2018) for the same amount that was debited from your account.
She promised me that she will pay for my plane ticket since I am helping her and I will be introducing her to my friends in Seattle. She also asked for my best friends address and I asked her again why? she said that she ordered some products and it will be delivered to Seattle as a demo and for sale. The products arrived in Seattle. When we got to Seattle, I also took her around for a presentation. She is a very good sales person and sold about $20,000.00 worth of products ( bed, bed topper, air filter, air purifier and juicer etc. ) $5,000 .00 worth of the product that arrived she sold on the spot to one individual so she don't have to wait.
The rest of the product she left at my best friend's house, where we stayed the whole time that we were there and told her what ever product was left they can use as a demonstration since my friend signed up to do the business as a consultant. From what I heard from her presentation, a person needs to spend $5,000.00 to be a consultant. That got me thinking and had a very bad gut feeling. When we got home the following day I called one of her consultant here in Florida for some questions and decided not to ask Mrs. Moore because I was suspecting something.
The consultant said look at your papers, I said I have none, I don't even have a phone number of the company. I was shocked when the consultant called me back and I found out I owe the company, I said what are you talking about so I asked her to call the company and put the call on a 3 way and I learned that I owe Nutraway System almost $12,000.00 that the $2,242.00 was just 20% down payment to what I have purchased. I said but I was just a PRETEND consultant!
The person that works at the office said you are not a consultant , you purchased all these products and we sent it to Seattle. I started yelling at person who was on the other line and asked her did you also run my credit? and she said yes! I'm looking at your form and you signed the paper, she added. I told her that I was not informed how the transaction will be and it was not fully disclosed and never given any kind of receipt, I know I signed the paper thinking it was just a PRETEND and I did not read what I signing since she is my friend and I trusted her. She made 34% commission from the product she sold me under my name without my knowledge , she also sold $5,000.00 of my product to the one individual. and was going to make 34% commission on the total back order sales from my friend which $20,000.00 total sale.
I was so happy for her sales and thinking I was helping her as a friend and she even offered me almost $650.00 commission but I told her NO because I am not part of the company and was happy to help her. This woman needs to be stopped because she stole my identity and learned that she was also doing it to other people but they are afraid and ashamed to move forward. Please help me stop her. Even though the company itself agreed to cancel everything and will refund my $2,242.00, my identity was stolen and I am trying to build my credit again. If did not follow my gut feeling I could had end up with almost $500.00 payment each month that will be debited from card.
Mrs. Moore needs to be stopped because I also learned that the people that she supposed to sign up as a consultant was not even a consultant to make money. Those transactions were just purchases so she can make bigger commission is and she doesn't have to share it who ever she signed up. The lady that she gave the product to on the spot, that's worth $5,000.00 does not even exist in the system ( she thought she was also a consultant since she spent $5000.00). because she sold my product ( under the table deal). Please help me stop her so she can not victimize anymore people. Thank God I was able to call all my friends in Seattle and they were able to cancel their orders and credit/debit cards.
This is been such a nightmare and I just want this over. Another thing, I asked the company to please write cancel across my receipt so they can not go after me later, since most of the product was left in Seattle but they are refusing to do it. How do I know that this will not hunt me later on? the company said that their email should be good enough. Please help me! I have already cancelled my debit card and reported and wrote a statement to a police but it is not enough to arrest her. They said to just take to small claims court. I know I signed the paper but everything was undisclosed. Please guide me on what to do. This person has my personal information and I need to be protected..
